You can only work 20hours per week during regular semester and 40 during the holiday however, as an international student, you can only work on campus.

Dubai has banned single and unmarried Nigerians who are less than 40 years old from visiting the country except the person is accompanied by someone who is above 40 and bears the same surname with them.

According to an online news blog, the visa rules for Nigerians wishing to enter Dubai are as follows:
• Single ladies/men travelling alone should be 40 years old and above.
• Married women travelling with children should be above 40 years old.
• Ladies/men who are less than 40 years old will be allowed to travel if accompanied by someone who is above 40 and bears the same surname with them

I wonder if they will ban their men who travel abroad for sex? Also if the men did not pay why would a prostitute go to Dubai?

Unfortunately a reverse ban where Nigeria ban Dubai women under 40 from travelling there alone would not work. Why? Because they regard women as property with few rights and would not allow a woman to travel abroad alone.

just because few where denied visas doesn't mean that the u.a.e doesn't issue visas again.
