spotted a heads and shoulders pattern on gbpusd daily chart
placed a buy stop order.
See chart below for details.
lets see how it plays out.

Lol.. Also remember the days when it will go as close as 80 pips but reverse to close you at breakeven instead of giving you your 83 pips grin

Neckline successfully broken and retested.
pulled the trigger the moment price broke yesterday's high.

Moves like these rarely happen, so I doubt if any can build a career off of them, They are dangerous to your trading psych. especially if you were on the right side of things, cos one may be anticipating another move like this that may never happen till God knows when. honestly the max I got from the move was 800pts (preset tp) and I have been holding on to the sell since 9th jan. my broker disabled trade on the pair so I cant get my last trade off. After all said and done, thank God for His grace, the skill to trade successfully and the bit of luck today


Looking at launching a campaign showing exactly how $350 can be turned to $3500 in 12 months, exact lot size, entry n exit points ...., strictly based on my wealth creation strategy and not short term income strategy. Similarly, it is a bad idea to set pip goals, like “I must make 50 pips per day…”. If you hear from a trader that “I make about 800 pips per month…”, you should know that he is not a professional trader, and he is lying. It is impossible to set a pip or monetary goal in forex trading and perform exactly as the goal is set. The reason is what I explained above. In forex and stock trading, you have to wait for the trade setups to form. You can not make them form, and the number of trade setups that form every day, week and month, can be different from time to time. Even day traders who work with short time frames like 5min or 15min can not set pip or monetary goals. It is a mistake if you think that trading the short time frames can make a constant amount of money every day, because at least one trade setup can form on these time frames every day. Trading the short time frames is nothing, but wasting of time and money: Long Time Frames and the Patience that Pays Off
