Farmers in Oke-Ogun area of Oyo State have pledged support for the re-election of President Goodluck Jonathan. They made the declaration in Iseyin on Tuesday at an interactive session with Chief Olajumoke Akinjide, the Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), who was on a campaign tour of the area. According to NAN, the spokesman of the farmers, Alhaji Hassan Tijani, said that Nigerians needed a leader who would uphold the unity of the country and see Nigeria as one entity irrespective of tribe, religion or political affiliation.
