The Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Organisation on Wednesday formally reacted to former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s widely reported adoption of former Head of State and presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, General Muhammadu Buhari for the April 28 presidential election.
The PDPPCO declared that Obasanjo, like any other Nigerian, has only one vote.
The PDPPCO pointed out that Obasanjo is entitled to his position on who to support for the election.
The Director of Media and Publicity of the PDPPCO, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, stated this while addressing journalists at a press conference in Abuja.
His words: “Former President Obasanjo is entitled to his view, but at the end of the day, it is going to be one man, one vote.
“We have immense respect for him.
“We will meet them at the polls.
“We will meet them at the field.
