Nice move. If it was in some latin American countries, the uppity US ambassador would have been sent home. . We let them insult us to no end. The US is not the father nation of the whole world. . Remind them of the boundaries, they tresspass? Send them home!

Name one country where this has happened and let's discuss the issues.

I bet you can't wink

Perfect. Nigeria is a sovereign nation and must be respected and allowed to handle its internal issues by itself.

According to Nigerian Watch, Niger Republic defence ministry spokesman assured their colleagues:

“Our soldiers are not like Nigerians. They don’t run.”

FG should also warn Niger Republic.
They should also warn CNN for calling him a failed president.
Shame

after reading some comments above me, I see enough and utmost reason why the Government should work on the PERCEPTIONS it's citizens have.
Some Nigerians need to be checked properly. Our country is sovereign and can take care of herself just fine

He can not, because people like that do not rely on facts for argument/discussion.

One of those people who have only lived in Nigeria, and NEVER set foot in the US, but feel the need to lecture you starting with this same phrase:

"In America ehn.."

STFU! what do you know about America?

People like you are still in mental slavery. Nigeria is a sovereign nation and should be respected. The US didn't become a superpower overnight so they should get off their dangerous hands off our matter and let the Blackman solve his own problem, after all their interference on our domestic issues has never ended well for us at all.
The FG should write a memo to their Govt. ASAP and lay down all the guidelines on the rules of engagement on international diplomacy and if any one is found wanting they should be jailed according the laws of the land and nothing will happen after all Nigeria is a democratic country and we do follow due process. All they can do is to continue with their threats of sanctions and nothing more .
None of us here can go to the US and pledge support for Osama Bin Laden without being thrown into jail for a country that freedom of expression is held in high esteem yet their diplomats will use their pen, paper and their mouth to destroy countries that were relatively doing well.

If the US had supported this criminal-in-chief, he would have used that support as a campaign strategy but now that they are telling him to stop ruining Nigeria, he's spewing rubbish.

If not for the people of Nigeria, I would have wished the US impose oil embargo on this rogue administration to bring it to its knees.
u dnt just get it tht us is just a ciuntry like nigeria. God no dey reside thr oga

First of all, your embassies abroad are eh laughing stock of the world and second yes it possible for foreigners to love Nigeria more than some looting Nigerians.

Get a grip and do some real work like providing healthcare, school and power.
