The Bourdillon compound has fairly high gates - it's certainly not the one in the picture shown.

I doubt he actually lives in Bourdillon now. He had to move out because the federal govt stationed spies in one of the block of flats overlooking Tinubu's compound. This happened more than a year ago!

Anyhoo, we saw this banner resting on the fence of Bola Tinubu’s home this morning as we drove past Bourdillon. Two banners were hung on the fence of the main house and the adjoining building.

It was a message for the army, more or less. One that suggested that their skills were better suited elsewhere. “This is not Sambisa Forest. Wrong Posting,” the banner read.

Now, in case you’ve been submerged in some cave in the last decade, Sambisa Forest is the swathe of thick forest and shrubs under the control of the terrorist Boko Haram sect. The army has found the area impregnable, billions of dollars in military budgets after.

We can wager that APC stalwarts and Tinubu supporters must have put up these mischievous banners while men slept.

Just before midnight last Thursday, a lorry load of soldiers traversed Bourdillon Road and Falomo Roundabout for about an hour before disappearing into the night, one eyewitness said.

The APC has also sent out a statement to the effect that most of its party officials are being ferreted by the military and that their mobile phones have been bugged as well.

"This is the message we found on the fence of the APC National Leader, Bola Tinubu's house this morning. The two banners hung in the fence of the main house and the next building to his house. The message was loud and clear to the military who have been patrolling Tinubu's house and the stretch of Bourdillon Road since last Sunday. The message on the banners meant for the military- "This is not Sambisa Forest. Wrong Posting."Sambisa Forest is the forest under the control of Boko Haram for years and is yet to be penetrated by the Nigerian military. It is suspected that APC stalwarts and Tinubu supporters must have put up the message over night.

I know soldiers may have known the "die" nature of the job,but my issue now is with this politicians who use the word "deploy"
troops like it's some kind of tractor or machinery without life.
These machines "troops" are people's brothers, sisters,sons, daughters, father, mothers, aunties and uncles who are die at
home in Nigeria, in Nigerian flag in Nigerian soil.
The opposition party members are drumming insecurity as a flag point when in actual sense their chief made statements that ignited a fire in 2011 when he lost the election ,and even these extremism,
how is it being funded if not by some heartless cabal who are part
of the elite and known amongst the political circles, they have armed dogs who have now gone beyond their control.
Please before this politicians loud the volume of their mouths, they should shut up and give some respects to the Armed Forces for
the sacrifices they make, they should stop using the words like "coward, embarrassing, disheartening etc" when making any
comments directed at these "fire fighters" who are putting out the fires with their blood,fires they didn't start!
