Where some just went to charge their phones / lap tops,
Where some go to watch films,
Where some went for distraction,
Don't forget the lover set,
A place where some went to look for a date (babes and guys),
Where some proves their talent of eating biscuits and soft drinks,
Where some are just keeping their eyes watch to see the ones that are truly reading (study),
Where the so called armed rubbers or terrorist (in fact I call them student rubbers) watch to see who has the most expensive phone or lap top to snatch it from him/her,
Where the rapist crew are present to monitor their target
,
Where that girl 'll have chance to meet his boy friends to do the wrong thing at the right time,
Where the serious one read (study) as if studying well 'll give them free ticket to heaven
,
Do you forget the ones who stares at the hand outs (text books) like pictures or movie?,
Don't forget the noise makers, gossip group,
Don't forget they ones who hank on phone call till it's time for him/her to close as if their fathers owns the network coverage,
Don't forget the PINGERS,
Oh what about they ones (guys) who intend to throw their pens on the flow just to peep at that girls open legs (they knows better)!

What course are u even doing to start with? Bc a med & surgery student will not make this kind if assertion.

My experience here in France has given me a new reason to respect Nigerian education. Despite the ills of the system, if you are serious with the school work, you will come out well refined academically. I am currently studying for an international masters degree with a combination of students from different nationalities. The program is 100 per cent in English. The Africans who claim to have studied in the U.K. and who try (but fail) to sound British and those from other African countries (whom I have jokingly categorized as ''nearly retarded'' with good reasons) have given me new reasons to respect the University of Port Harcourt in particular and the Nigerian education system in general. Truly, what does not kill you makes you stronger. The only person who seems impressive is the Chinese kid which is not surprising.

In as much as there might be a serious lack in infrastructure in many schools with population pressure on available resources, I must still confess that we lay the foundation and also produce some of the most educated people and minds on earth.
