He is even slower than GEJ, I think he is the one that taught GEJ how to be slow(Don't mind me, acting within the rule of law in present day Nigeria will make you appear slow/dull).

That being said, I don't think he will do better, that's because he is unfit medically can't say intellectually, after all he didn't turn his state to Eldorado or built world class infrastructures when he was a Governor. But as a President, there is no way to find out just speculations.

99% of Nigerian governors don't know jack about world class structures even when its staring at them.Mediocre people..
