Beans weevil...
Went to an all girls government boarding school. The kinda food I ate back then is enough to send an ajebo to her early grave but here I am still strong and healthy. grin

Our saturday breakfast of beans weevil and garri was by far the worst meal to serve your enemy but to us it was a nutritious food that no student can miss grin

I went to an eatery recently. I ordered for rice, plantain and meat (take away). I was back in my office eating and by the time the food was about half way gone, lo and behold, I found a big cockroach inside. I was really hungry....I just picked out the cockroach and continued eating as if nothing happened

Many years ago while I was in junior secondary school, I woke up on a lovely day around 5am to get ready 4:school.. There was no light and I decided to fill my stomach with a bowl of eba and egusi. I was half way through d food when I started feeling this strang taste. I just Ignore it and keep On eating. Time for fish!. Since it is a left over soup and There is no more fish in d soup I decided to throw that little lump in my mouth thnking it is a broked up fish. D moment I bite d object that was when I realized dt I just chew Cockroach. I almost throw up. That's y u will never see eating in d dark till this day.. If am eating and There is no power supply, I will go and put on generator or get a lamp b4 eating

Strange! What I find strangest is that your egg changed to meat. I guess the spaghetti was trying to change to chicken too before you cut it short and it became a spider.

One reason why I don't like egusi soup is that back then in the refectory in secondary school, I saw a big cockroach in my plate. That was after I had eaten a ball or two. I threw up and ever since, that singular event is on replay each time I have a bowl of egusi soup in front of me. Ewwwww

I came back from church boiled rice and spaghetti with an egg, dished out my food and quickly pulled off my clothes and balanced to eat. I had already eaten a quarter of the food when I noticed something black beside my meat. I pushed the meat aside to find out what it was, low and behold I saw a giant spider beside the meat. I almost threw up.

Went on holidays to my Grandma years ago. Trying to please her Grandchild with Uha soup she requested.....she made it and gave me my portion. Being a picky eater, I whined and complained before I was coerced to eat the special dish. Omo! I guess the time I wasted got the additional protein of a housefly shocked

. I found another excuse not to eat that day and consequently, hated Uha soup till date albeit been good at preparing it embarassed
