Unfortunately enough, the leap is said to only run only wifi, and the only difference between it and leap 1 is that it has enhanced double speakers and can use 64Gig memory cards, which so ok.

Download simple server + subscribe mtn bbc monthly and change the proxy setting on ur tablet to manually use 127.0.0.1 and 8080 or just change the browser proxy.
