APC stands a very good chance of taking the south west. I can't see APC losing Lagos on the presidential level, it will be close but he will lose. Ogun, Osun and Oyo too..

I was in the US during the re election and there was never any doubt that Obama will win. It was not this close.

Yes, people were disappointed with Obama but there was no way, he'd have lost to Romney.

The atmosphere in this election is completely different. It is too close to call and Jonathan stands a real chance of losing.

I know most analyst will play safe and say this election would be too close to call.

There's a limit to the mileage the APC can gain from media propaganda. It will also shock you to know that there's 80% chance of APC losing Osun state. A pointer is the difference in the number of votes polled between the very popular aregbesola and the quite unpopular Omisore (the margin is about 100k).

Another pointer is the quality of National Assembly candidates the PDP is fielding this time. The only state I won't call for GEJ in the southwest is Osun.

Oyo state is gone - the APC governor is quite unpopular everywhere save for the hype on Facebook, twitter etc

Ogun State - 80% of the APC power bloc and National Assembly members have moved to SDP and PDP respectively except for OBJ who has never for once won in his ward.

Lagos - Jimi Agbaje is going to have a positive effect and there's this growing awareness of the need to stop Tinubu from further making Lagos state his personal property.
The PDP in Lagos has been more united than it is at the moment.

The ACN/APC has never campaigned this much in Lagos, they know even the guber election is not in the bag.

The growing population of non indigenes will also play a major role, most of our Igbo brothers are not travelling home to vote this time.

The ability of the APC to rig as usual in Lagos has been severely reduced - a point in case is Obanikoro's son's victory in the Lagos Island local government chairmanship election. It was very difficult for Tinubu to rig them out and the rigging was so blatant and clear that the biased tribunal that handled the subsequent election petition from PDP was only able to give victory to APC on frivolous technical grounds.

We don't need to talk about Ondo and Ekiti ( where an incumbent APC governor was severely trashed in all local governments).

These are the hard facts

PDP is in a serious storm. They have failed to tell themselves the bitter truth. They can call ex-president Obasanjo names, the fact remains that Baba is a phenomenon politically in Nigeria. Shredding of his membership card is very symbolic from spiritual angle, but many people sees it as mere exit. The implication of that action can tear the already divided house completely if the leadership of the party continue in their insincerity, injustice and deceit. What many people fail to realise is that pdp is winning the battle for apc. This race has since been won by apc 3 years a go. All the events that are unfolding now in the country are confirmation of what heaven has hand in. Most times we treat issues on the surface, but the reality of life goes beyond the surface. People are yet to see anything in Nigeria. God is already attending to the case of Nigeria and I am very sure that peace is on the way. It is not about our prayers in this country, because we are only religious, we are not righteous, we are hypocrite, and full of evils. Not anybody prayers. However, God want to proof to us especially the people at the corridors of power that is the giver and taker of lives, wealth, resources, power, promotion, etc. No matter anybody or groups tries to pull anyone or groups down the plan of God for Nigeria this year 2015 is unbendable. No one can strugle with Invincible. God bless Nigeria. ONE LOVE

Thanks Boss. I am not partisan. I don't give a damn about any useless Political Party or follow any Asiwaju blindly.

I analyse the team, and i try to be as objective as I can.

I sincerely believe Buhari and his team is what Nigeria need now and also JK looks more serious than Ambode and for the sake of accountability and somebody checking what Uncle Bola and his team has been doing since 1999.

This has made my day! This is a demonstration of the interest of the Nation, placed higher than party loyalty or allegiance. More will follow suit.
Some other leaders tow this line but only OBJ is heard because he is always very blunt.
May PDP continue to burn from within just like it made our country and it citizens bleed .
