MalcoImX: And may we fathers not behave childishly and talk stupidly like... You know the rest.. A reasonable father would not have implanted so much hatred for himself inside a daughter that resembles him to the tiniest bit. If only OBJ kept a clean sheet in government, we would gladly welcome his criticisms but how will a man that played a major role in taking Nigeria to the gutters come out to criticize someone else? Must he dictate the activities of the administration even when he's not on seat? And would a reasonable father stoop so low as to have his way with his daughter in law? Its only in Nigeria I see people praising people with such demonic character. As old as he is, he should serve as a role model but here he is teaching us to walk in the part of abominations, thieving, enmity, godfatherism, hypocrisy, etc. I don't want to walk in his foot steps and I do not want my children to. Don't know about you. 3 Likes |

I so much hope for that day when Nigerian youths will argue constructively without seeing an opponent's disposition as a thrash. The op quoted someone who happened to be the daughter of obasanjo, its left for us to analyze the veracity of these quotes. I personally believe that every unbiased and right thinking Nigerian will accept obasanjo more as a threat to this nation than a friend, he ran a government of democratical autocracy with little or no development. I have said it before and I will say it again, obasanjo lacks the moral right to criticize any government, he's a very bad example. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

customized13:we all know the amount of times you, in particular, attacked everyone that criticized stealer oduah and GEJ even in the face of substantial evidence. Now you are saying we shouldn't discard what OBJ's daughter has said concerning her father when someone like you disregarded the man's letter to GEJ. You guys have taught us how to throw away the baby with the bath water. 4 Likes |

MalcoImX: Why are you sympathetic about this man? Are you in any way related to him? Malcolm X should stand for the truth and criticize both parties (OBJ and GEJ) and not GEJ alone. Both have failed us. What's most annoying about OBJ is that as a civilian, he had the opportunity to fix the country he helped destroy as a military man but he destroyed it further. Do you agree that any leadership in Nigeria should have a backing from godfathers who will dictate the activities of the country or state? Do you agree that a man who failed us woefully should aggressively criticize a government that did almost follow his part? If you check my statements, you'll see that I'm in no way a supporter/sympathizer of the GEJ's administration but its apaulling to me that OBJ can't keep his mouth shut and behave more maturedly like his age suggests he should behave. On the part of his family, don't forget that not all family members support evil, no matter who it's coming from. Will I say that because a man is my father, if he's arrogant, unchangeable and commits various atrocities, I will be at peace with him as long as am making money from him? There are various moral standards we that claim to be religious should abide by. We even commit more atrocities than those unreligious people and yet we claim that we worship God. I seriously see hell over populated that people won't be able to breath. And oh, Nigeria is already towing the part to hell. |

Re: Critiquing OBJ, The Architect Of APC And His Deceptions From Iyabo's Perspective by MalcoImX: 5:53pm On Feb 18, 2015 |
francizy:You seriously have a point as regards both failing us, that I agree. It was really for selfish reasons that OBJ stuck to his guns to impose those he thought he could control. But having done that, what is the way out? On the other hand, if those he'd planted had succeeded, he'd be the first to celebrate. So, there's, in a way some good, even in this self-promotion, as we've seen between Tinubu and Fashola. Maybe all those complaints are to atone for what he thought were his sins. You also asserted that the country looks like in a mess. So the whole point of my argument was, it could've been worse without people who could shout to power. That's my only point – it could be worse without people like OBJ. He's the lesser of the two evils. |

MalcoImX: If you tell me that GMB is a lesser evil than GEJ, I might be inclined to agree, but as for OBJ, he's the biggest evil that Nigeria has ever had to cope with. |
