I have been living with pimple for close to 5 years now,
and am tired of accommodating it.

i used funbact A, Baby face cleanser, Neoskin.
and no progress.
but recently i tried clean & clear, and it helped me a bit
but i notice new ones (pimple) every morning.

please i need your help

minimize more on oily food

drink water a lot 5 a.m or 6a.m in the morning about 150cl then in the evening or afternoon 75cl btw 3pm to 5 give it 3 weeks its all gone it would be easy at the beginning but discipline and persistent

Reduce intake of oil

Try black soap d ones sold by yoruba women it cleared all my pimples or u could try TCP soap. Rub on ur face for 20mins or more b4 bathing. Nb.b4 I finally saw wat worked for me it took time so it might work nd it might nt

It's in a white tube. almost same size with skineal.it cost like #150,#200,#250.kind of difficult to find though.just try and get it,you won't be disappointed...
