Jega have been bought over at the top by APC, that's the problem. The instruction is to keep giving excuses why non residents can't collect their PVSs. If you're suspected to be a Jonathan supporter forget about your PVC.

There's no amount of PDP sponsored campaign that'll stop us from voting for Buhari! I'm a non indigenous Lagosian and I got my PVC since last year, so what is this noise all about?
Some people have refused to pickup their PVCs when INEC came around either because they feel too busy to sacrifice just a few hours for this civic duty.

As far as am concerned, you have just told us how to become a PDP member. but you made d mistake interchanging buhari for Jonathan, tunubu for okonjo etc. such mistake is allowed though. how on this earth could someone with his right sences pitch tent with blood sucking murderers like PDP. calculate the number of political assassination since 1999 committed by this PDP. they aimed at silencing Nigeria to one party system. thank God for this viable opposition.

Looks like someone has got problem with PDP, get over yourself if you aren't following, coz jonathan only started ruling since 2010 I don't give Poo about 1999 assassinations committed by OBJ who is now APC. Go take it up with him, u are closer now.

GEJ is too gentle how can APC concoct with INEC to deny his supporters of PVC yet he is calm.
If it was during OBJ time, he could have clamped APC to a conner by now.
Imagine Tinubu from opposition having the gut to declair APC as winner already. Who born him; make such assertion in 2011?

Your first question, I have absolutely no idea why this unions are formed, especially for the fact they usually satisfy the interest of a given few. Your second question, people join this unions because they want to feel among devoid of any idealogical backing. Now all what i said are just guesses, I have no idea idea why people really join this unions. I hope I've cleared the funny air around me?.

People form unions so that they can have be many with just one voice. It is to protect the interest of the members and all that... There are many other reasons anyway...

The Irony of the situation is that investigations have revealed that the ruling party are fully in bed with INEC Lagos office as 75% of INEC local govt offices which are also collation points for INEC data are located within the LG secretariat, the headquarters in Abuja have repeatedly been advised to relocate this offices without any response, so why would anyone be surprised that games are being played with PVCS belonging to Non INDigenes
