yes I have used it. It's free too and takes about 3 business days to hit your account. I am using my gtb savings account for this. The last withdrawal I made was at 184 naira.

of course it is. You really don't have control over this. Maybe you can check the associated charges that come with ATM withdrawal and see which one is better.

No flag is perfect. Truth is I will first consider a Nigerian before citizens of other countries. However, we are bearing the consequences of fraudsters. I can assure you that most people here are working hard to change that image by rendering top-notch services.

The bottom-line is that your flag does not really matter once you know your onions. Be good at what you do and jobs will seek you. I hope this helps.

Well l understand. Here in Kenya, l use a Kenyan guy who offers exchanging Paypal dollars for Kenya shillings. l forward the amount to his Paypal account which he exchanges for 88 Kenyan Shillings per dollar an equivalent of N198 and within minutes he forwards the money to my Airtel money account (which is my Airtel Kenya phone number), l get an sms from Airtel kenya that l have received a specified amount from the guy. With my ID card, l go to any Airtel Money shop and cash it. One of the shops is even on the ground floor of my apartment. These shops are everywhere you turn.

We have a couple of guys offering this service here in Nigeria and i actually use them to convert my Paypal funds into Naira because most of my clients are not on Freelancer so I can't rely 100% on Payoneer.

But the problem is that these guys are too greedy. Some still offer 160naira for a dollar when the official exchange rate is over 200 naira to a dollar(Smh).

So, what i did was to intergrate my USA verified paypal with my payoneer card so i transfer my funds from paypal to payoneer and withdraw using ATM here in Nigeria.

Its not like i'll get the official exchange rate but at least, i'll get something close.

Anyone who needs a USA verified Paypal account and wants to use my method can contact me but there are some rules you need to follow or else Paypal would just close your account and you can just say goodbye to your hard-earned money.

Its risky and illegal but i've been using mine without issues for over 3 years now. And i know some people who have had theirs for much longer. As long as you follow the rules, ba wahala.

Bank withdrawal is the best option in my opinion. ATM withdrawals have a $3.15 fee on every transaction, and if you're making large withdrawals, there's the limit of withdrawing in batches of 20k.

Bank withdrawals are free on the other hand, Payoneer takes a 2.5% cut from the current market exchange rate which is still higher than the ATM exchange rate. The only caveat is the minimum limit of $200.

To answer your question, I made an ATM withdrawal mid this week at N192/$ rate.
