[s] blemon44:[/s] keep your dirty mouth shut... Ok your beef with the president-in-waiting seems to be personal. I can understand how you feel. Its always personal with people who support evil, bad and corruption. Buhari is only human and I maintain that all his ills are just him being human, you need not be afraid of him. The only thing he is passionate about is fighting corruption and he has said it time without number that the problem of Nigeria is not best ideas or getting the right people for the job, the problem of Nigeria has always been corruption, put that aside and Nigeria will develop better than it is. Jonathan does not know this, he says his people are not corrupt just that they are thieves. And he is ok with that, its just that some of us dont agree. So dont pour you anger on the People's General. He is on on his way to fix things. |

Its either premiumtimes is quoting vanguard or vice versa but in any case it is evident that premiumtimesng.com/vanguard is lieing. If APC/Buhari truthfully partake in a meeting with Blair as suggested, by now the pictures they are circulating about will not be the one that was shot over a year ago if that makes any sense. So its still LIES, LIES and LIES.

|

With this confirmation now, I am sure Ayo Fayose will rest but being the stubborn fly that he is, we await his next line or string of propaganda. Clearly, PDP is a sinking ship and for once Nigerians have risen to demand good governance and they are running helter-skelter. Maybe what we expect to hear next is Tony Blair was paid by Amaechi, Tinubu......to say this. |

How can GEJ fight corruption when he bailed Alameiseigha? A man convicted of corruption. How can GfEJ fight corruption if he feels Gen. Buhari is wrong for jailing people for corruption. How can GEJ fight corruption when he can not identify corruption. He believes STEALING IS NOT CORRUPTION. Sai Buhari until GEJ arrests those who appropriated Funds from Crude Oil sales before Paying it into the National Account. |

This Is Buhari - Myths vs Reality December 20 1984, Buhari revamped Aviation sector, Nigeria was the first African Nation to purchase the Airbus A310-200 Nigeria Airways has taken delivery of all four of the Airbus A310-200s it ordered. The aircraft were officially handed over to Mr O.A. Oshikoya, Director of Legal Affairs and Company Secretary of Nigeria Airways, by Mr Roger Béteille, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Airbus Industrie, at a ceremony in Toulouse recently. Two aircraft were ferried to Lagos on 20 December last year and the two others in mid-January. Nigeria Airways, which was the first African airline to order the A310, began operating the aircraft in December on the airline’s routes from Nigerian cities to major European destinations such as Paris, Rome, Frankfurt, and London. They will also be used on domestic and regional services – mostly along the West African coast route – where they will add capacity. Seating 18 passengers in first class and 207 in economy, the A310s will introduce new standards of wide-body passenger comfort and freight capacity on Nigeria Airways’ network. The aircraft are powered by Pratt and Whitney JT9D-7R4Es. Including the Nigerian aircraft, 45 A310s have now been delivered to 12 airlines. Source: www.buhari.ng |

gateleo:Are you minding these sell outs? After Nigerian youths lost their lives to the Immigration scandal and were extorted by those crooks in Uniform, GEJ did nothing and the crooks reigned on. GEJ did not have the guts to sack Mrs Stella Oduah, a Minister appointed by him. Will he lock up corrupt officials? |

Why can't all these PDP supporters reason like human beings for GOD's sake? I was once a PDP fan but changed my mind because of their way of reasoning. Even a pre-nursery pupil can not reason the way these people are reasoning. - Buhari goes to toilet, they will say it's a lie, he went to bathroom. - He drinks water, they say it's lie, he drank malt - He He eats rice, they say he ate beans. - He wears trouser, they say it's a lie, he is wearing skirt. Is this what democracy is all about? It is a shame that the so called giant of africa is practicing politics this way. We call ourselves leaders of the african continent. Is this how to lead? No wonder the WHITE world/nations will always refer to africans as monkeys. It is this kind of reasoning that makes other countries to laugh at us. PLEASE and PLEASE. I AM BEGGING PDP SUPPORTERS to embarrassing this country. |

Sir it seems you do not understand the difference between corruption and stealing hence both are the same to you right? ( but I excuse your not knowing). Ok it you take or give a bribe, are you corrupt or you are a thief? Please check the meaning of a thief and that will help you in knowing the difference. Taking or giving a bribe is not the same as taking property beloging to another with the intent to appropriate. Please see below: (1)A person is guilty of theft if he dishonestly appropriates property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it; and “thief” and “steal” shall be construed accordingly. (2)It is immaterial whether the appropriation is made with a view to gain, or is made for the thief’s own benefit. - Theft Act 1968 - UK Law.(1) Here is an extract from Nigeria Constitution. You will agree that part or any part of the constitution was not written by President Jonathan as it clearly defines theft/stealing. "Part 6 Offences Relating to property and contracts Division 1 Stealing and Like offences Chapter 34 Stealing 382. Every inanimate thing whatever which is the property of any person, and which is movable, is capable of being stolen Every inanimate thing which is the property of any person, and which is capable of being made movable, is capable of being stolen as soon as it becomes movable, although it is made movable in order to steal it. Every tame animal, whether tame by nature or wild by nature and tamed, which is the property of any person, is capable of being stolen: but tame pigeons are not capable of being stolen except while they are in a pigeon-house or on their owner's land. A thing in action is capable of being stolen. Animals wild by nature, of a kind which is not ordinarily found in a condition of natural liberty in Nigeria, which are the property of any person, and which are usually kept in a state of confinement, are capable of being stolen, whether they are actually in confinement or have escaped from confinement. Animals wild by nature, of a kind which is ordinarily found in a condition of natural liberty in Nigeria, which are the property of any person, are capable of being stolen while they are in confinement and while they are being actually pursued after escaping from confinement, but not at any other time. An animal wild by nature is deemed to he in a state of confinement so long as it is in a den, cage, sty, tank, or other small enclosure, or is otherwise so placed that it cannot escape and that its owner can take possession of it at pleasure. An ostrich on an enclosed ostrich farm is capable of being stolen. The term "animal" includes any Loving creature other than mankind. Wild animals in the enjoyment of their natural Liberty are not capable of being stolen, but their dead bodies are capable of being stolen. Everything produced by or forming part of the body of an animal capable of being stolen is capable of being stolen. 383. (1) A person who fraudulently takes anything capable of being stolen, or fraudulently converts to his own use or to the use of any other person anything capable of being stolen, is said to steal that thing. (2) A person who takes or converts anything capable of being stolen is deemed to do so fraudulently if he does so with any of the following intents- (a) an intent permanently to deprive the owner of the thing of it; (b) an intent permanently to deprive any person who has any special property in the thing of such property; (c) an intent to use the thing as a pledge or security; (d) an intent to part with it on a condition as to its return which the person taking or converting it may be unable to perform; (e) an intent to deal with it in such a manner that it cannot be returned in the condition in which it was at the time of the taking or conversion; (f) in the case of money, an intent to use it at the will of the person who takes or converts it, although he may intend afterwards to repay the amount to the owner. The term "special property" includes any charge or lien upon the thing in question, and any right arising from or dependent upon holding possession of the thing in question, whether by the person entitled to such right or by some other person for his benefit. (3) The taking or conversion may he fraudulent, although it is effected without secrecy or attempt at concealment. (4) In the case of conversion, it is immaterial whether the thing converted is taken for the purpose of conversion, or whether it is at the time of the conversion in the possession of the person who converts it. It is also immaterial that the person who converts the property is the holder of a power of attorney for the disposition of it, or is otherwise authorised to dispose of the property. (5) When a thing converted has been lost by the owner and found by the person who converts it, the conversion is not deemed to be fraudulent if at the time of the conversion the person taking or converting the thing does not know who is the owner, and believes on reasonable grounds that the owner cannot be discovered. (6) A person shall not be deemed to take a thing unless he moves the thing or causes it to move. 384. (1) When a factor or agent pledges or gives a lien on any goods or documents of title to goods entrusted to him for the purpose of sale or otherwise for any sum of money not greater than the amount due to him from his principal at the time of pledging or giving the lien, together with the amount of any bill of exchange or promissory note accepted or made by him for or on account of his principal, such dealing with the goods or document of title is not deemed to be stealing. (2) When a servant, contrary to his master's orders, takes from his possession any food in order that it may be given to an animal belonging to or in the possession of his master, such taking is not deemed to he stealing." Sources: http://www.nigeria-law.org/Criminal%20Code%20Act-Part%20VI%20%20to%20the%20end.htm Its therefore very pathetic if some so called lawyers do not know the basic definition of theft/stealing. I wonder how they pass their Law School Exam; I can always guess its simply by corruption probably? gateleo: |

Why is anyone surprised at 2 war criminals meeting each other. The naivity of kindergartens kids are unbelievable. Tony Blair is a former Prime minister who has absolutely no major influence in the world again other people in the APC who are looking for photo opportunity with anyone to be able to look credible. It is no different than going to America and meet up with George W.Bush. Bhuari has no credibility other than shouting corruption. You can put lipstick on a pig it's still a pig. |

I mean, it's easier to show us his waec than calling a press conference. He should just tell waec to produce it, simple.... So u see my brother, APC are full of shit! How can you claim to be the solution to corruption when u dine with Tinubu, Amaechi, Saraki and now Obj, *God Forbid* Endorsing someone who plotted a coup against his own country and never apologised for it now wants to reap from what he damaged, no one but Buhari's past has come to hunt him. He will NEVER rule this country.....We have rejected him before, we'll reject him again and again and again and by God not even APC's bullies, thugs and Boko haram will intimidate us. So u can keep crying! |

davidstones:Corrupt definition, guilty of dishonest practices http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/corrupt There is no need complicating a simple answer. To note if an act is corrupt, check whether the act is honest or dishonest. Is bribery an honest practice? No it isn't. So it is corrupt. Is theft an honest practice? No it isn't. So it is corrupt. Is Stealing and honest practice? No it isn't. It is corrupt. |

Sorry your dictionary meaning will not stand in a court of law sir so unfortunately we have to go by what the constitution or an Act says not what you got from google or any dictionary. So your dictionary quotation will not even be considered as a secondary source if you write a law exam not to talk of when you stand in a Court. thegoodjoehunt3: |
