The question of Buhari's strong character is a subject of another debate, but the issue is what do we need for a radical breaj away from present day Nigeria? Nigeria requires more than personal endowement or individual embodiments to survive, we need thorough shake up. Buhari or not, we will still have same of same if we continue like this until we RESTRUCTURE.

Thank you. Until we restructure the SYSTEM, there's very little the President, whether GEJ or Buhari can actually do. The system is faulty, and must be thoroughly restructured.
Devolution of powers, LG autonomy, state police, etc, must be looked into.

The current system is retrogressive by default.
