am a member of Christ embassy, sometimes when I see these set of ladies in church service, I will begin to wonder if they are really realized that they are in church not in a club.

The last time i visited WINNERS CHAPEL was when i went for a dedication . And i swore never to visit that church again, it was an awful sight, i was'nt comfortable cos the unmarried girls and teenagers all looked like club girls, i wonder how the men cope

I believe as Christains we should dress moderately!

I also believe we should not JUDGE!

But, the house of God should not have dress Codes. Anybody is welcome to the house of the lord. Jesus accepted sinners ( theives and prostitutes). We should not shun people or drive away people based on what they wear. Eventually these people will learn to dress moderately as they become stronger in the faith.

Showing cleavage does not make someone a harlot and tying scarf does not make someone a virgin.

For you people to openly call women sluts and prostitutes is not Christain-like. I'm not saying we should dress anyhow , i am only questioning why Christains (especially in Nigeria) tend to focus on the wrong things.

When I visited WINNERS CHAPEL , I vowed NEVER to enter that ?CHURCH again owing to the ARMPIT DISCOVERY a lady wore beside me in the church in combination with an overexposed BRAZILIAN WIG ,dat was oozing in the church ,in quantum.

Righy from my UNIVERSITY DAYS , I started treating CHRIST EMBASSY as a SOCIAL CLUB.
D guys wore EAR RINGS and SAGGED trousers.
Then U needed to see their LADIES, most were like DAUGHTERS OF JEZEBEL..

No doubt i agree...we are working on it.

I heard many people say 'I know what to wear to church' meaning you wear something different outside? Are we into the gospel of men or God? God doesn't dwell in (or restricted to) your church buildings oh, so what you wear outside that God sees everyday and not your pastor, why not wear it to church? Or are there different rules for outside and inside church?

So, in a funny way; those who wear those revealing clothes to church are more honest they just need to be taught to adore their bodies by covering it up properly both inside and outside the church.

I remember one church i went to. I casually went in with my trousers and t-shirt.
Everybody was nice and loving, i noticed the sisters all wore skirts and hats to church.

After some time, nobody told me and i looked for a nice skirt and scarf to wear.

If i had come in and one usher embarrased me, why would I come in again.?

Jesus chased people who were using the house of the lord for Trading. They turned the church to market and he chased them

A friend of mine walked up to me the other day to explain why he's leaving his current church.

I thought he was going to cite reasons like the pastor's sermon being stale, the church being unsupportive etc, but to my greatest surprise, this buddy of mine was actually defecting because he couldn't pick up a lady to date in his church

True talk... My church/upbringing has helped groom my dressing... Inasmuch as every attire has its special occasion, ladies no longer fear God ..

It still baffles me that a lady will wear a 'club attire' into God's house without shame or fear, and the 1st question that hits me is: Is she normal ?
