To those who keep asking how to check for tuition-free courses, simply visit daad.de , you will see an outline of over 1000 courses offered in Germany. On your left hand side of the page you will see option of filters you can apply to simplify your search. Select whatever field you choose you choose to study and your degree level. At the foot of the page, select more and click on none or €500. You will then see a list of all free/low cost coupes within your degree selection and field of study.

I'm not sure you clicked those links: 1 has 480 pages, the other has just 52. Every question you have and probably will have have been answered rigorously on those threads. And it's in your best interest that you do.
I'm not in Germany, so I can't say anything about racism, cost of living and job opportunities. What I can say is considering all those now is simply putting the cart before the horse.
Since you have visited daad, I don't understand what you mean by "more clarity". In any case, I've helped you a little with that: www.daad.de/deutschland/studienangebote/international-programs/en/?p=l&q=&degree%5B%5D=2&fos%5B%5D=3&fos%5B%5D=4&subject=0&lang%5B%5D=2&langDistribution=0&fee%5B%5D=1
go there and edit the filters as you please, then go through any program of your choice and find out their requirements (TOEFL, CGPA, etc).
PS.: All programs there are tuition-free.

First you need to do german courses with Goethe institute, then apply to a german studienkolleg to do 2 semester before you can study in any German university or polytechnic.
Don't come with a schengen visa as it would not be converted to a study visa.

B1 some studienkolleg applications are submitted directly to the studienkolleg others would be through uniassit.

Whatever term you don't understand please google it

Hello People, My name is Kayode and I currently have an offer from the University of Wurzburg, am also schedule to resume my language class on the 3rd of September. I was originally suppose to resume the class by 12th of May but couldn't secure my visa because of the blocked account or sponsorship letter I couldn't provided for the embassy.

Please, I don't want this offer to go just like this, I am going for my Undergraduate in Informatiks. Can anybody who's currently in Germany help with the Guarantor? God bless...

Sure they're good but it depends on your course, you should know that.
Also the most schools offering english taught courses are Applied Sciences
