As a matter of fact, he lost a court case in the united states in the 90s. He was charged with drug trafficking and money laundering. He had to settle for a plea bargain and subsequently had to forfeit the huge sums he had garnered in an american bank.

So you see, he isn't superman afterall. The programme can only be defamatory if the allegations are lies. The proper and wise thing to do in this case is to provide proof that the allegations are false. But of course he can't do that, can he?
