I was in an interview panel on Friday; one of the interviewees so impressed that I can't wait for him to join.

Be honest with your expectations but try as much as possible to speak like one who knows what he can do

Ok, let me give you some useful advise as I have attended several interviews mostly for international organizations.

Do your research: this is the most important tip as it will improve your confidence and make you appear very smart. Read about the position and the organization in general.

Dress well: don't overdress. Wear plain colours like black and brown. Native or suit.

Be confident: always ask yourself what is the worst that can happen? You won't die if you don't get the job. NEVER APPEAR DESPERATE.

1. Prepare for Questions like:
Describe yourself
Why do you want to work with us
Share an experience on a situation that happened and you had to take a tough decision
What motivates you. These questions are sure bet.

2. Dress Corporate and simple, preferably black suit, white shirt, red tie and polished shoe.

3. Maintain high contact all through; it shows how confident you are.

But mind you, do not appear rude in trying to show confidence.

Lastly, pray to God.

remember everything you wrote in your Cv
remember to great the interview official
Always look straight into the eyes of the interview officers
ando remember in engineering safety measures first
finally prayers is the key to every successful interview
