I would give you an example of a confirm app for all departments, but you just made it clear its only we daft art students that need it.

Isaac Akande scholarship is awarding
scholarship to Nigerian students.
The Scholarship allowance is

charges, fees and Personal
maintenance allowance.
VALUE OF AWARD:
Under-Graduate(Hnd)
N150, 000 per annum
Under-Graduate (Bsc)
180,000 per annum.
How To Register: In not more than 10
lines.
Write the reason you want this
scholarship ,
with your full details e.g full
names,level,course of
study,matriculation
number(200 level and above),100 level
should use their jamb registration
number
instead. Use the reference application number in your write up (which is AKD05313) e.g

(Reason why you want the scholarship, <not more than ten lines> wink

Attach your credentials e.g School ID, Admission letter, LGA cert, Waec result...
It ends on 1st of April..

I'm just saying it easier for an art student to relate to apps, than a science who needs to have more than one textbook per subject
