Ive been noticing this that whenever im chewing gum after ive taken in food it makes me feel more hungry wanting to eat more food..is chewing gum really not good at all as it brings more hunger

it does happen to me, especially after i finish chewing gum and have thrown it away then the hunger descends on me like say if i no chop i go die, but while chewing gum the gun stays away, infact while chewing gum i can go the whole day without eating, but once i komot am.....

I chew gum whenever I over-eat cos I noticed that my stomach becomes lighter afterward. I never chew gum when I'm hungry though.
As for hunger, I buy packs of Tom-Tom, and then whenever I lose appetite, all I have to do is lick 2-3 Tomtoms and hunger will begin to 'wire' me.

No. It prepares your stomach for food.
There are enzymes or whatever released when chewing (God made it so); so when you chew gum, they are released to act on your food.
That's why knowledgeable doctors advise you not to chew gum on an empty stomach. Such habits over time could lead to ulcer.
