For clarification sake, I guess you visited Suntemi's site so I don't know the bugs on it, now to the second part of your post, iCloud unlocks are not cheap bro, they cost about 35k so if you can still get the person that sold the iphone to you, I advice you return it to the person, unless you got the phone for a ridiculously cheap price and he hinted that the cost to unlock would be almost 40k
