Yes. U cajole the previous user with police to provide the ID and password or u go through the hard route of paying icloud unlockers who can do it for 35k

If not for cost of sending things abroad,would have advise u to sell it on ebay as I too have an vodafone uk iphone 4 which I collected in a swap deal with a client without checking it out. Later got to find out it has been reported stolen and what should have cost just 5k for unlocking is more 20k. D only way to get ur money back is by selling to an unsuspecting customer which am against. Well u can use it as an mp3 player or sell to phone engineers for parts(scrap).
