PORT HARCOURT – Rivers State Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship candidate, Mr Nyesom Wike, has expressed assurance that he will win the election in the state.

Wike who spoke in Port Harcourt, yesterday before traders also said President Goodluck Jonathan was going to win the presidential election. He said, “As traders and artisans, you must join the rest of Rivers State people to make a statement. You must vote out all All Progressives Congress, APC, candidates during the next elections to pave way for the development of Rivers State.

I have confidence in you people and I know you will vote PDP all the way.”He promised to give slots in his government to leaders of the traders to ensure that all sectors are properly represented in his government.

Sam Jaja, who spoke for the traders said they were going to vote for the PDP at all levels in the elections.
