Only God can help u bro... Turn to God in serious prayers And u should stop watching porn, or any er0tic movies Learn to resist the urge.. Like if u get in the mood, don't just lay there and wait for something to stop u, instead get up, take a walk around or work out... Do some push ups, press up And u should pick a new hobby, something u enjoy doing and that burns alota calories And lastly, pray to God every minute If you're not a good prayer worrior...
