I also predicted that there will be challenges in the rural areas where peasants are prevalent and basic computer education is lacking ..The mock test of Kano state where 40% failure was recorded attests to this ..I have the master key to this challenge ![]() cc:mrrock JEGA/INEC GEJ ALL POLITICAL PARTIES |

ichidodo:dat is according to u and not inec. Inec has said dat polling units with higher numbers will be further sub divided into polling points. So everyone shld be catered for irrespective. |

shegxi:[color=#1980BC] INEC can as well create extra wards and Local Governments while they are at it...Each ward is designated a polling unit, any extra unit will have to go through the National Assembly, as of now there is no news concerning that particular development and there will never be... PDP'S worst nightmare has been confirmed Its Sure the Clueless would be voted out come 28March 2015. Had they known they could ve allowed the 14th, February election to take place, maybe they would ve salvaged something out of it. To be realistic, with the Success achieved by the testing of the card reader the PDP bigwigs would be planning a plan B to counter its use. Ladies and Gentlemen when are we going to get it right in Nigeria? Ghana, Mali and some other small African Nations has used the card reader during there Elections, why is that of Nigeria different? My heart bleeds each and every time there is cry over the Use of the device. GOD save Our Nation. |

but why wud any one not want the card reader to be used.? why exactly will any sane well meaning human being refuse the use? ATM technology started one day in niger.....the use of wireless telephone started one day in niger..at least jonathan oaught to be happy retrospectively that it was during his tenure that he introdived a technology that to some large extent prevented rigging and impersonation.is that not what nigerians want...a credibly free and fair election? yea errors are bound to happen. .rectification and modification can be done |

Wow it took a few minutes to process a person. And a polling unit of 500 ppl I pity those saying this exercise is sucessful. We might just be preparin the grounds for war. |

denko:If card reader verifies each voter in 1minute = 60 person per hour, what happens if verification is done manually by searching through a list of registered voters. How many minutes would be needed to verify each voter manually, or are you people suggesting that voters should not be verified before voting? Or are you insuating that manual verification is faster than computerized verification? If the card reader has been perfected and well calibrated, i do not see why verification would take more than 30 seconds ( and that is due to finger print verification). We should implore INEC to perfect the card reader and digital verification instead of campaigning for the crude and corruption prone manual verification. |

Yes oh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All Nigerians wake-up wherever you are for #change#! Buhari and Osinbajo. Can change this country and Nigeria will be better again. Yes he can do it. Don't let people deceive people party, deceive you. They are coming again!!! Shine your eyes well, OJB, called them hawks that surround GEJ, Its has been proven that we are not moving forward for past 6 years now, all what they do is to recycle themselves and continuity embezzlement of Nigerians money. You can see for yourself, people deceive people PDP party, that is their mentality. They said Buhari will take us back if elected President! Nigerians say it's a good decision to go back when you've lost your way on a 6 years. PDP journey where our destination as a nation is no longer visible. Please, Buhari, take us back to the era where:1. One Dollar was less than one Naira. It is incredible today!2. Everything was on first come first serve basis.3. There was zero tolerance for corruption.4. Oil refineries in PortHarcourt, Warri & Kaduna were built & running at full capacity.5. Anybody with questionable wealth was afraid to display it in public. 6. There was Zero tolerance for indiscipline. Everything was in order7. Nigeria had no debt at all.8. Neglecting your children was a crime9. Littering the public place was a crime10. Twenty oil depots were built and functioning.11 Western world can't interfere into our nation.12. Chad invaded Nigeria, we sent them packing but did not harness their Land13. Our economy was NOT running on generator14. We can sleep with our eyes closed because we were secured.15. Countries like Indonesia and Malaysia need not to set example on how to deal with drug pushers. 16. The Maitaseine Islamic Sect insurgency in the North was crushed on record time. 17. We want those days when Buhari was a military Governor but did not amass illegal wealth. 18. We want those days when Buhari was a Minister of Petroleum but did not hire a private jet for N10 billion. 19. We want those days when Buhari was a Head of State but did not loot the Treasury. 20. We want those days when Buhari was Head of PTF but did not steal the Fund even in the days of Abacha when stealing was the order of the day. Pls, Buhari & Osinbajo, take us BACK! We can't afford another 4yrs of waste in the hands of PDP!!! Take us BACK to the good old days of this our great nation. #ihavedecided to vote for #change# |

Isaddabai:Thanks boss. I am sure that many Nigerians are patriotic in nature and meant well for our dear country but our leaders are so bad that they don't even consider the country and her citizens but only their selves and their fraternity groups. But I am sure that one day we shall overcome all these things, look behind and laugh at our selves that we have really messed up but thank God we got it right again. God bless Nigeria ones more! |

| Re: Card Reader Test: Exercise Good So Far In Lagos, Delta by Hibiscuss(m): 11:04pm On Mar 07, 2015 |
denko:Nice question. INEC has provided for that. In PU like that, they will have extra APO(assistant polling officers, maybe 4) under d same polling unit and dis voters will be divided in other to make things faster. The more the registered voters in a PU, the more the APOs. |
| Re: Card Reader Test: Exercise Good So Far In Lagos, Delta by Hibiscuss(m): 11:09pm On Mar 07, 2015 |
ichidodo:Keep your calm sir. INEC has make provision for overcrowded PU. And meanwhile, CR is only for accreditation and not voting. (hope u grab) |

SomebodyLovesMe:You know in Nigerian election there is something they call "power of incumbency". It is actually nothing other than a "perfected rigging technique"... which has been used over and over again, by successive Govt to ensure that no matter how bad, gross, inept, corrupt or unwanted a Politician is, he gets Re-Elected all the same. "Badluck" Jonathan knew he has that "power of incumbency" and would easily rig himself into a second term. But Prof Jega had other ideas. He wanted a legacy of an election that could not be rigged! Information got to GEJ VERY LATE into the proposed election that "Power of Incumbency" is going to be impossible to "operate" with what INEC Chairman is putting on the table! Hence, a docile, l-dont-care GEJ realized that he needed time to "start Campaigning', do some "rush-rush" Elephant projects and invest a lot in deceiving Nigerians through "massive Propaganda" (using the most notorious hands available like FFK, Aydee, Okupes, Omokris, e.t.c). *He also realized that all the people of the South West who he has been thumbing his nose at and insulting, will determine his fate at the Polls as the North is a "gonner" already and the "East" does not have the "democratic numbers" to win the election for him! ![]() So, he spends 80% of his time in Yoruba land, begging, prostrating, kneeling, crying, sharing Dollars, e.t.c in very desperate moves to cajole them into voting for him! Like that Actor would say: "I go chop ya Dollar"! ![]() *Jonathan is also considering "other options" like postponing the election indefinitely, removing and replacing Prof Jega with someone who will allow "power of incumbency Rigging" to work, sponsoring (through heavy bribes), the other "nonentity registered parties" to ask for a shift in the election time-table, using the usual "Man-fridays" like the Authur Nzeribes from Eastern Nigeria (IGBOS) to create silly obstacles, just like the faceless Youth Democratic party's Nwofor, the Kowa Party, et.c *Jonathan is also toying with the idea of an Interim Govt if he can create a sort of faux paux situation where one "kangaroo Judge" operating in a Kangaroo Court..(and there are many Kangaroo Judges on the bench, in a very corrupt society like Nigeria who can be bribed in Dollars!) such that election will become inconclusive or result unannounced through a "court order". He then hands over to an interim govt of his choice. *Finally, Jonathan has shuffled military chiefs a lot, of recent. The idea is that if everything fails, he would encourage a military Coup with "chosen Military Chiefs" he has placed strategically in key-posts within the military. As a back-up plan, in-case chaos and civil war ensues, Jonathan has been using money meant for the Nigerian Military, to buy weapons for and arm his "Creek Militants" under the leadership of the likes of Tompolo and Asari Dokubo so much so that those ones are even threatening that Nigeria will boil if Jonathan does not win the election! ![]() Honestly, this President needs to be charged for TREASON! ....at the appropriate time ![]() All-in-all, Jonathan is playing "Gbagbo" with Nigeria and Nigerians. He is not wanted... at least by the majority though only an election will confirm that but he has seen the hand writing on the wall already. Jega's Card Reader wont allow "power of incumbency rigging" style! ![]() Thus, Jonathan is a "cornered man".... and this type of person are the most dangerous! They go for "broke" if you know what l mean. Nigerians need to be alert, very alert and ready to "defend Democracy"... at all cost. It wont come cheap and it wont come easy... neither will it come FREE! ![]() Lastpage! |

denko:INEC has also taken that into consideration, that is why any polling unit with a population above 350 voters, has a voting point, and the number of voters split in two. How do i know this? I attended inec training |
