same here,this is really fraustrating

l have said it before that the new agent he brought is a complete slowpoke and scum bag. Apart from the Nov/Dec period we had general custom issues, the old agent was always delivering Friday or Saturday. Now this slowpoke takes 7-10 to clear just one consignment. Instead of Chinos doing something about it he always run to his defence. In biz, you always strive to get better and improve not to move backward. This gross incompetence by your agent should not be condoled.

once your item shows delivered to his address. that means he have it. you can only get an invoice in the week items were shipped. next shipping date is March 16th so be expecting your invoice from 13th March. make sure to send your email address to him. if not you won't receive any invoice.

Sir yes he altered an annoying statement but still, u need to understand that not everyone has d ability to control himself or herself when d wrong things continue to repeat itself every time. Apologies though but this shouldn't continue always

Fellow customers, in as much as atimes we get pissed off by some happenings as regards our shipment, and lssues with the OP's communication gap, let's try to avoid using vulgar words to anyone in here as we all human and have feelings, some useful tips to doing biz via this trend, the moment you track and ur item shows its delivered be rest assured the op has it with him, if it happens u do not meet up the day for drop off at the. Airport for shipment, mostly Friday by 12noon or the saturday by 12noon too, your items will make the next shipment day, some issues have been clarified by the op in previous post, like items that do not arrive as at when invoice was first generated, seen some post showing links and asking cost of shipping to Nigeria, you can get basic info on shipping charges on the first page of trend. Let's encourage each other here, likewise the op know he has his flaws, but let's all be patience.

of course we need to be patient as well as avoid using offensive word to ourselves... Chinos is doing his best
