Those underage kids were registered under the supervision of PDP officials that threatened INEC officials who were mandated by their leaders in Aso rock. These minors were unleashed during the elections that led to the PDP winning both the gubernatorial and presidential elections.

Under age voters were registered by INEC to vote PDP in the North. The photo you posted proves it.

What baffles me is our apparent inability to analyse and reason logically as a people.

If Buhari was in charge of INEC, why did INEC declare GEJ elected whilst Buhari was informing them of rigging?

If Buhari was to use under age voters why would he use in the North who are already guaranteed to vote for him.

na u sabi.meanwhile APC wasn't in existence wn those young chaps registered before 2011 election. Alas u said north and we know most northern state r PDP state(d last time I checked out of almost d 18-20 states in d north including d north central .PDP won everything in 2011 except 4state nasarawa,yobe, Maiduguri and zamfara dat oda parties won in d election. So y shouting now chairman.its about yo backfire for PDP abi grin

This also happen in the south but not glaring like this,am 21 I have never voted,but my cousins which is 7 less in age to me is gonna vote the 3rd time now 2007,2011and 2015

op, this is not about APC,it is about PDP. Temporal voters' card was issued before 2011 election, and the election happened to favour PDP. PDP should be blamed not Not APC. APC was registered after that temporal voters' card.
