Konga uses magento CMS... All u have to do is look for hosting companies/websites with Magento...

If u want to build from scratch you'll have to learn PHP...

The price range depends on what the hosting website charges...

But what I am asking is this, assuming you are a website designer and I approach you to design a Konga kind of site for my online shop, like how much will you charge for the design?(hosting excluded).

Most designers would look to profit... So the range would be 70K - 120K.

But since u now have an idea of the costs... U won't accept cos $4/month is about $100/yr so the remaining should be spent on advertising..

U don't need a web designer... Just follow instructions on how to host the site then advertise the life out of the site...

Note: Konga, jumai e.t.c have lots of money for advertising budget... So u'll need to ensure u start making sales from your 1st month...

Starting a site is not a problem... Its improving the site, making sales and making it popular that's the problem...

If u have a sizable advertising budget or make sales monthly then u can keep the site running...

professional stores range from 80k to 150k.
but if u have the knowledge of PHP or related framework, the cost will drop by 25%.
