Sometimes you want to say, “I love you, but…”
Yet the “but” takes away the ‘I love you’. In love their are no ‘buts’ or ‘if’s’ or ‘when’. It’s just there, and always. No beginning, no end. It’s the condition-less state of the heart. Not a feeling that comes and goes at the whim of the emotions. It is there in our heart, a part of our heart…eventually grafting itself into each limb and cell of our bodies. @Ronald. I beg to differ with you. Even when there were doing so with honest and genuine intention, it still die with time.

On my own, let me share from personal experience: love dwindles with time because one or both party(ies) fail to continue those acts that keep the bond.

Again, the saying that too much of familiarity breeds contempt holds true here.

Above all and sadly enough, the woman having seeded two or more issues(children) into that family now switched her duty, care and even love to her children to the detriment of her relationship with her husband. This is when you start having some men going outside wedlock to seek for love because they could no longer get the attention they needed at home. Rather than helping out, it aggravates the already strained relationship.

Love aint real.

Love rate reduce because nothing last forever.

Love rate reduce when we found out it's an unappreciated love.

Love rate reduce when we found out that the person is not worth loving.

Love rate reduce when we discover it's all about lust and not love.

Love rate reduce when things fall apart.

Love rate reduce when the person we fell in love with changes from the person we used to love.

Love rate reduce because of long distance/out of sight.

Love rate reduces when the person we love cheats, physically an emotionally abuse us, etc.

There are many reasons.
