Wrong. I still remember Babangida's coup speech in 1985. Buhari had many brilliant civilians in his govt. He wasn't and isn't the type that takes advice once he has power. He only delegates to a like-minded person (like Idiagbon). If you're not like-minded, you're frozen out.

Ambitious people like Amaechi & Kwakwanso will fall out quickly with GMB. Fashola, being more tactful, will get along better but may not be very effective, since he won't be a chief executive like in Lagos now. Osinbajo will have issues of Loyalty, trying to make both Tinubu & GMB happy.
Tinubu like always has grand designs for personal gains and Osinbajo will be crucial in actualising them. That won't sit well with GMB & core Northerners that he will surround himself with.

Pa Awo who refused to do business with Northern politicians had good reasons for it.
When we get to that bridge we will find a way to cross. At least we know the people the current government surrounds its self with, apart from very good ones.

Shut up and stop saying pooo, with good hand with gej are we getting better, writing gibberish as if he's the father of Buhari, see buhari has nothing to loose if he did not win this elections,But Nigerians has a lot of thing to loose if GEJ wins, part of me still want Gej to win so that Nigerians and the foolls supporting him Today will look back and realise they ve made a terrible mistake in their life times to shape and move this country forward,I will say this,No sane nigerian youth,I repeat No sane Nigerian youth will want this cluelessness to continue we shall see
.

Lol. To rant & call others insane is easy.

Another angry & abusive APC supporter, very typical.

If it as was really about moving 9ja forward, why didn't APC field Fashola? Somebody with a recent and verifiable track record despite the shackles of Tinubu.
Oh they think Nigerians are foolish and will vote along ethno-religious lines, so Northerners won't vote for Fash.
Let nobody fool you. Angry APC people and their turncoat former PDP members are largely power-hungry people. PDP people are not different.

Better focus on whatever it is you do for a living instead of venting your bile at people online. None of them cares about you. tongue

Talking about corruption not stealing,
The Federal Executive Council on Wednesday approved the purchase of N9.2billion worth of clean cook stoves and wonder bags for rural women under the National Clean Cooking Scheme.
Muhammed said the N9.2billion inclusive of Value Added Tax was approved for the procurement of 750,000 units of clean cook stove and 18,000 wonder bags.

http://www.punchng.com/news/fg-to-buy-cooking-stoves-with-n9-2bn/

Sad and sick government

Me I didn't see anyone with these stoves and wonder bags the government allocated such huge amount to procure.

Together we can change this country for good. This is a momentous election, it simply can't be overstated. For the first time in the history of our great nation the president will be fired by his boss (the Nigerian people) for poor performance. Future generations will read about this for years, it is so rare that it has only ever happened a handful of times on the African continent. Make sure you are on the right side of history. Future presidents will never ever take Nigerians for granted again.

With these polls another postponement is looming. They should stop these online polls. Enough of the scaremongering on GEJ. The fear of PVC, card readers, online polls and an independent minded Jega is the beginning of election postponement to GEJ.

AreaFada2:
(a) Has built 14 new fed universities (10 in the North) including Katsina that is Buhari's home state. Buhari didn't build a single "Mama Nkechi garri school" for a sigle child in 20 Months.

(b) Built hundreds of Almajiri schools that Buhari refused to build for his people. Though APC people like Fashola think we should NOT build the schools & allow them to be tutored by radical fanatics in Madrasas to creat more Boko recruits.

(c) Railway has been revived. People now travelling under chilling AC from Lagos to Kano, Enugu to PH. More lines planned to connect Benin, Asaba, Warri to Lagos, North & Middle Belt.

(d) Declared State of emergency in NE, yet maintained democratic structures in place (Governors, Houses of Assembly) intact, Yet BUHARI & Sultan of Sokoto tried to frustrate his effort, accusing him that fighting Boko is fighting the North. They lobbied US not to sell us weapons. Yet GEJ didn't relent. Weapons from China & Russia are crushing Boko mercilessly now. Our neighbours aiding us.

(e) National Conference held successfully. Recommendations made to improve the constitution left by the military.

(f) We have become the largest economy in Africa for the first time.

(g) Agriculture & Agribusiness have exploded. Marching majestically towards food security & sufficiency.
(h) 50, 000 FG ghost workers scam removed using Biometrics. Same with fertiliser scam using e-wallets.
(i)Power generation gradually improving, small private refineries & alternative energy coming on board.

(j) Federal Roads like Lagos-Benin in best shape since over 20 years. Lagos-Ibadan, Lokoja-Abuja & so on gradually getting improvement.

............And Many more.
In 5 years, knowing all the selfish vested interests in 9ja with legendary corruption everywhere, GEJ has done well. Better than most leaders in 9ja History.

Only Pa Awo could have done better if voted in 1979 & maybe Abiola in 1993.
If this is your definition of good governance in the 8th most populous country and 6th largest producer of oil in the world then I conclude that you are in romance with mediocrity.

I can't be pained at all. I hardly take politics beyond social media too seriously. Besides, my greatest loyalty lies with Nigeria, and so will support whoever wins the elections. But i can assure you its a different ball game offline.

Please take note of how well the woman candidate is doing. She represents a significant outlier trend. Nigerians want something they cant put into words but it is not a locally minded unexposed Ijaw thief. Even SS and SE people are getting disappointed fast. Every tribe in Nigeria loves excellence.

No serious PDP person would lose sleep over this funny exercise.

Infact most PDP supporters like me hardly click "like" in a careless online poll like this one.

The PDP controls the grassroots. Even the class size of this poll is very small - about 1,500. Compare this with over 50 million voters expected to vote.

By the time we factor things like the demographics of people voting here and most importantly the issue multiple voting via alternate monikers/usernames, you would see that relying on the results here to celebrate will be akin to living in a fool's paradise.
You're living in a fools paradise... This does a lot of damage to those who are (not ardent supporters of GEJ) psychological damage that is. This also reflects the stance of those who have made their mind never to support PDP.. I quite agree with you the class diagram is small, but based on the factors responsible for this low turn up (Today is sunday, most persons would be in church) don't you think we would have a larger class?
Believeing in multiple moniker responsible for the greater figure of likes for GMB is a joke I'd laugh at....same was said at the polls AIT conducted.....you and I know the rest of the story....

Lord, I pray that by the time i'm 72 years, I wld be a 'Buhari' in my own field. Upright and just only loved by people of like minds. If a man that has no bad record can still be hated by some Nigerians, then the country in sunk in bad ways.

Nigeria is filled with more evil than good. How can good prevail? How can there be credible elections? How can there be good Education? Hospitals, Court rooms, Police stations etc.

Nigerians are so poor in their intellect. Give an average Nigerian like 'You' 2 options of a bag of rice today or a secured future for your kids in years to come and you will still choose a bag of rice. Well like Craig Mack said in one of his songs " You must wanna be in the Guinness book of world records as the dumbest muthafffkr alive!
