Lets not demonise the NPF, I really think its a personal thing to make evil befall one. The police as an institution is just unlucky to have criminals in its system.

if you know that lagos state had cctv (actually planned to have it) installed around the state, then you should know that the federal government stopped them (lagos state) from installing/using it. They claim that security is in part of the exclusive list(responsibility) of the federal government.
