Oshiomehle Adams - Best... with the little he has, he can do so much... the tactic he uses in his projects. We never knew that Government can do so much in so little time, with Empowerment schemes, road constructions, housing rehabilitation, uprooting corruption from ministry of house and planning which was a very annoying sector... digitized payroll system that eradication 200k ghost workers from the govt payroll.
