I want to dedicate this thread to creating several desserts you can try at home or at any get together.
This week recipe is Ambrosia (Orange Dessert)

3 large oranges
1 small pineaple
1/8cup of sugar( you can blend d sugar a little to make it superfine or go for castor sugar)
3/8 cup coarsely grated( or dessicated coconut soaked in half cup of water for 30mins and then drained)

Peel d oranges, carefully removing all d white pith, and cut into thin slices
Peel,slice and core d pineapple and cut each slice into 8 pieces.
Combine d sugar and coconut.
In a serving bowl or individual glasses, arrange the oranges slices in alternate layers with the pineaple. Sprinkle each layer with a little of the coconut n sugar mixture, keeping enough aside to sprinkle on top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2hrs.
