Listen, Civilization started from Africa. The earliest human civilization started in Egypt at about 3000BC when the ancient black egyptians gathered together to form a civilization, out of which came the egyptian pyramids (an architectural wonder of sort with to such a wonderful precision which still dazzles modern science of today), mathematics, philosophy, astrology, philosophy etc. Egypt was at its might during ancient times and can be likened to the position of America in the world today. Nationals from Rome, Greece, Persia, paid visits to Egypt to learn from her civilization. The earliest 'white' civilization is traced to the Romans and Greeks who were to surface in world history in 800BC i.e. about 2200 years after the Egyptian civilization. The Romans and Greeks learned from Egyptian temple priests and took their knowledge with them back to Rome and Greece where they wrote their books and equally admitted in their books that they learned from the egyptian priests first hand. Ancient Egyptians were already practising mathematics (the pythagoras theorem with which they used to build the pyramids. The pythagoras theory in mathematics which is wrongly attributed to Pythagoras actually came from the Egyptians for they knew that the longest side of a right angled triangle can be taken from the square root of the sum of the squares of the lengths of the other 2 sides. They had formulas for finding the area of shapes etc). 2000 years later, Egypt was invaded by the romans, their temples destroyed and their books and knowledge carted away. Egypt fell under Roman occupation and became a colony of Rome from about 300BC to 4AD/5AD when the Roman empire fell and Europe was plunged into intellectual darkness.

Thus the Romans lost the knowledge which they had learned from the Egyptians, marking the beginning of the dark ages (also known as the middle ages - a period characterized by stuntness in growth of useful world learning and advancement) until year 711 when the black moors of North Africa who were Muslims invaded Spain through the Strait of Gibraltar and conquered Spain, Portugal and the Southern Part of France, establishing the Islam religion in Iberia (Portugal, Spain, France). The moors took knowledge with them to Europe and brought again learning and civilization to Europe.

There I do not agree with you. The descendants of Canaan are the Canaanites whom the Israelites chased out of their land and made some of them slaves. E.g the Gibeonite. You may be correct and the Europeans may be wrong, but there's something in Nigerian palance we describe as "I been get no be property", meaning that what u used to have becomes nothing if you no longer have it. The Europeans had no history and Africans had all the history, but what is happening now? The Asians may have faced the same same plight but they re doing better than the Africans now. They have rewritten their history. I wager that most of the history u presented in the first page, were not taught to you in some African schools, rather they were works of European sympathizers or Africans who happen to live and study in Europe or America. Why don't Africa rewrite their history from what it is to what they claim it should be? Why don't they teach it in their schools?

All the history books and science invention history books you read were written by the Europeans.. That was why u didn't see African, American and Asian inventions in their history books..
You can imagine Japan with all their early knowledge of metalworks and fireworks, and China with all their early knowledge of tea and herbal medicine and acupuncture, yet, they have no place in the science and medicine history books., rather you see texts like, "tea was imported by the Orients (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, e.t.c); and mathematics was developed in the East (Greece, Arabia, e.t.c)... Correction....the Chinese took up communism....which is essentially Western in origin; all Mao did was to change the focus from industrial workers in the West to peasant farmers in the East.

Also....Japan in addition was scared of being colonized in the 19th century.(They should be thnakful that the major powers that disturbed them were the Dutch and the Americans....who were more interested in trade. Still....when you see a mighty warship...and you know you have nothing that can comepte....you work hard to compete...or get conquered).

The reason why Africa is not developed has to do with the idea that selling raw materials and sharing the money...which is then used to import all manner of stuff is the way forward.

Don't get me wrong but Egypt was later conquered by first the Persians, the Greeks and later the Romans and fell under foreigh occupation and invasion, thousands of years after the pyramids had been built. From that time onwards, Egypt witnessed an influx of foreign settlers in the land who settled and interbred with the locals, thus paving way for the gradual lightening of the racial make-up of the Egyptians generation after generation. A similar example is taken from America today. America is at the height of world power and has attracted several ethnicities and races to its country such that its culture is multicultural and no longer entirely European as it was in the 1800s. This was the same case for Egypt, which can be likened to 'America' of its own time, attracting foreign nationals from around the world who finally settled in Egypt and interbred with the natives.

I noticed Nomadic people are very proud and xenophobic. Like Somalis, Arabs, Fulanis, North Africans. Those societies also instill independence and self reliance.

The trend can be corrected by the inclusion of proper african history into the educational system of african countries. Africa NEEDS to rewrite its own history and present it to the world. Generations to come, equipped with such education and information, will grow up to be stronger and prouder africans! Thus, the African Renaissance will be born, and Africa will take its rightful place in the annals of time again!

So true it's just a huge shame through and through. Nigerians more than ever need to study African history (I would prefer Nigerians to study West African history in detail). I have no idea why history is being scrapped from the curriculum. It makes absolutely zero sense.
