This is what I love about the Yoruba people. While no group can coerce anybody into voting for a particular candidate, the groups themselves don't put their eggs in one basket.

Yorubas should spend more time collecting their PVCs rather than making noise all over the place.
They have the lowest PVC collection rate in the country.
are you just dumb? Or you don't have time getting facts?

Most of those who are rooting for GEJ are only fronting just to get his money, most of them will still go out and vote for Buhari, i mean who doesnt want a better nation for his kids and grand kids. Its obvious, this GEJs admisnistration will lead us no where.
Be wise people, vote for change.
Sai Buhari
God bless Nigeria

I have said it here before that Yoruba votes will be split and shared between GEJ & GMB. GEJ will get more than the required number of votes and will eventually win the presidential elections. smiley
As I always say, hit newspaper stands and listen to gossips in the South West, nobody will tell you Jonathan is a goner.

The way this election is going, I see GEJ winning Buhari even in Duara.

North Central secured
Southeast secured.
South-south secured
Northwest secured
Northeast shared votes
Southwest partially secured

I see Buhari crying again very soon.

Yorubas have the lowest PVC collection rate in the country.
The prefer making noise than going to collect their PVCs.
On the day of voting, they will also have the lowest turnout as usual.

Re: Yoruba Elders Split Over Jonathan, Buhari by Nobody: 8:07am On Mar 20, 2015
"do not vote for APC because Buhari will send your father to jail", "I'm not ready to feed my husband in prison and so do every Nigerian"- Patience Jonathan.

Only a fool and a tribal bigot would hear this and still vote for GEJ. Is it not better to send corrupt politicians to jail and liberate our weakened nation from the hands of political criminals, than allow them destroy our future and the future of our unborn generation? I urge Nigerians, let us come together irrespective of our ethnic appendage and liberate our country. Nigeria is the only country we can call our own.

We have tried PDP from 1999 till date and nothing has ever changed in Nigeria. Is it not better we try another? Only a fool will do a particular thing using same step and procedure and expect a different result. A vote for Buhari is a vote never wasted.

Kola4uniadgog:
To all the change agents....this is for you.
1. PDP does not have the monopoly of corruption in Nigeria. PDP is as corrupt as APC and every other party in Nigeria.

2. Change goes beyond a mere chant word. The change we need in Nigeria is a structural one. A change that will ensure equity and fairness.

3. The current constitution is a product of the Northern establishment and they will always kick against anything that will put them in a precarious situation.

4. If buhari gets to power, do u think he will support the restructuring the country knowing fully well it will put the North at a disadvantage.

I as a person support GEJ for a no of reasons. Not because he is the best, but cos I see sincerity, though most of his plans are not going according to plan. The yoruba for many decades have been clamouring for a national conference. Even the actors in the APC have clamoured for it at one time or the other. Including tinubu aregbe and other notable APC stalwarts. But now that we have it, they want to jettison it cos of political expediency.

To all the change agents, get a copy of the recommendations of the national confab and go through. This is the only thing that will bring true change. Let's not be deceived by the broom wielders. Change is a process not an event...
I heaved a sigh of relief after i read your post….
With people like you still around; indeed…there is hope
God help Nigeria
