Made with or without cerficate, support or no support is not the issue. That thing is not worth being called a car.

You don't just go about calling anything in four-wheels cars.

Less I forget, anything made for use or consumption still needs to be certified.

What I don't get about these 'innovators' is this: If you go to all the trouble of building a motorable vehicle, why not just go the extra mile and create a befitting body/exterior for your vehicle? They are too much in a rush to be praised for "trying", that they just build an incomplete, ugly job. Same applies to the ones made by these uni students.
