I think best love songs cut across tribes. In Southeast we have P'square, Flavour and Bracket. In Southwest there are Wizkid, Tiwa and the rave of the moment Davido. Southwest and Southeast are held head to head in this tie. |

I'm Yoruba but Hausa musicians sing romantic songs better. they have ds Indian style which is also evident in their movies. I'm not jus talking about d melody here,but d deep meanings of their lyrics. Then there's this Igbo song I heard in a movie, can't remember d name of d movie but I think Ini Edo acted as a princess nd was in love with a poor guy. that song really captivated my heart. |
