It is you who is lying by lifting words and sentences from a report n twisting them to suit your sinister motives. I have an answer for your first point . pls Nlanders judge who is lying by comparing the veracity of our submissions: read this;

Nigeria: Lemu Panel Report - Crave for Change Caused Post-Election ViolenceBy Mohammed S. ShehuPeople's strong desire for change, culture of impunity, bad governments and inciting political statements were among the principal causes of post-election violence in April in which hundreds of people were killed, a presidential committee has said. The Sheikh Ahmed Lemu-led Presidential Committee on the 2011 Election Violence and Civil Disturbances presented its report yesterday to President Goodluck Jonathan, with a strong warning that the current state of affairs in the country could provoke social revolution unless measures were taken to improve people's life conditions.Lemu headed a 22-member panel which conducted investigations in thestates affected by election violence, including Kaduna, Adamawa and Akwa Ibom.In a speech at the report presentationyesterday, Lemu said the desire for change as result of frustration of people regarding the failure of successive regimes to solve the nation's problems was one of the major causes of the post-election violence."The second major cause of the recent electoral violence was the existing widespread desire for changeas a result of frustration and disappointment of many members of the general public regarding the inability of the successive past regimes to solve the problems of electricity power failure nationwide, deplorable state of federal government roads throughout the nation, bribery and corruption which have virtually been legitimized in all affairs of our nation," he said. The committee exonerated retired General Muhammadu Buhari of accusations of inciting the violence, adding that the CPC presidential candidate was also a victim because his property was destroyed during thecrisis.Lemu said, "Provocative utterances by many individuals and the widespread charge by prominent politicians including the CPC presidential candidates to the electorate 'to guard their votes' appeared to have been misconstrued by many voters to include recourse toviolence which they did."However, a long interactive session was held been the CPC presidential candidate and five-member delegation of the panel, led by the chairman, in the office of the CPC presidential candidate in Kaduna on 14th September 2011. It was discovered that he himself was a victim of the violence and of the destruction of his property the photographs of which were given to the said delegation."Lemu said the controversial PDP zoning arrangement and desperation by politicians to win election at all cost were among the factors that changed the nature of the presidentialelection into an ethno-religious contest particularly in the North.Speaking after receiving the report, Jonathan expressed the desire of the Federal Government to implement thereport but noted that he was "more interested in the preventive aspect of the recommendation than the punishment aspect. Yes, people who commit offences must face the laws of the land but how do we prevent subsequent occurrence is the key thing that is dear to me."Lemu earlier said the failure by successive regimes to implement reports of previous investigation committees "facilitated the wide spread sense of impunity in the culprits and perpetrators of crimes and violence in the Nigerian society.'He said the panel recommended that the president should order security agencies to fish out culprits of violence for prosecution and also revisit reports of investigations of previous incidents of violence."People indicted by the committees and commissions concerned should be prosecuted. These recommendations are based on what the panel observed from many victims of those previous disturbances who are nursing reprisals and have only been waiting for the slightest excuse to move into action which some of them did duringthe 2011 election violence and civil disturbances."Similarly, general insecurity of life and property in people's houses and on the high ways and kidnappings are fuel to the fire of public frustrationand disappointment."The next major cause of violence and disturbances is the manner in which political office holders have lucratised their respective positions at the expense of the whole nation. The panel discovered that the remunerations and allowances of the members of the legislature, in particular, are considered by stakeholders who addressed us or wrote to us about the issue to be outrageous."It has turned politics in Nigeria to a do-or-die affair for which many politicians of all parties are seriously establishing private armies to execute. In that respect, easy access to drugs, serious general poverty at the grassroots level and youth unemployment, in particular, are providing many foot soldiers ready for recruitment at a cheap rate," he said.Lemu said the panel avoided going beyond its jurisdiction to indict any individual or group of individuals because it was not a Judicial Commission of Inquiry. He, however, presented the cases together with the supporting DVDs and relevant documents in a manner that security agencies could follow upto reveal more facts about the cases concerned and take appropriate actions. He said the panel could not ascertain the accuracy of the claims or the remaining figure of the dead and other victims not accounted for but recommended the engagement of professional architects, quantity surveyors and estate valuers to help unearth the right figures of casualtiesand destruction. It recommended an interim token of compensation to be given to the identified victims. It called on the Federal Government to follow the example of Adamawa state which has made law to deduct for loss of life or damage to property from the fund allocation of the Local Government Area where communal violence may occur. The Lemu panel was set up Jonathanon May11 to unearth the causes and of the post-election violence and recommend solutions.

Baba you aren't sounding as confident as you were a few months ago. Lolzz reality is gradually setting in.

With regards to The SW, the damage is done. GEJ abandoned the region for 6 years. He even called Yorubas rascals and told them he doesn't need them. Igbos are the pillar of his government he said. Even as at 6 weeks ago he didn't really campaign vigorously in the SW.

He cannot undo that damage in 6 weeks. It is impossible. I am realistic and I am not one of those that will claim that Buhari will have a landslide win in the SW. GEJ will win one state in SW which is a great feat by all standards but Buhari will win by at least 60% (and this is worst case scenario). Once Buhari wins the SW, it is over for GEJ.

Point of correction, I am 110% confident GEJ will take the southwest; you can take that to the bank.
I have only stated the reason why some in the southwest will vote Buhari.

GEJ has only been president for 4years and 10months yet the APC wants people to hold him accountable for its navigator's 8years as president. They are also twisting facts by saying GEJ colluded with the northerners to hijack the speakership from the southwest in 2011 but we have been able to tell most of them how Tinubu and the ACN betrayed the Yoruba nation. Your people are fighting really hard for votes in Ogun and Oyo states, the can see the handwriting on the wall - these states are slipping away from the APC. That's the reality on ground.

2. you say it is immaterial who said ' I ll make the country ungovernable' ? now that it is clear that Buhari didn't make such statement ,it is no longer immaterial who said even if it is PDP? Referring to question 4: don't you think the libel suit against the president spokesman Reuben Abati was a great opportunity to expose all the security details, because the government ought to have finished investigation into the 2011 post election violence which probably influenced Abati's n several PDP hatchet men like you labelling GMB with ' I ll make the country ungovernable', and let the law take its course? Why did the presidency who had been insinuating n even openingly adducing the violence in the country to GMB suddenly developed fucking cold n even begged GMB when a supposed opportunity to let the law nail him presented itself? who is fooling who n who is afraid of the truth being out? oh I forgot Guardian Newspaper even apologised to GMB when it was obvious that the presidency had used it to lie against GMB .

The fact that APC supporters are hoping that the elections will credible and also expect GEJ to lose and vacate Aso rock speaks volume.
Under normal circumstances in Nigeria, a president will comfortably rig elections and nothing will happen. Obasanjo rigged elections two times, the only thing nigerians did was to complain as usual. Voter apathy and attrition was very high. Nobody trusted the Nigerian electoral system except the politicians.

If Goodluck Jonathan wants to rig the election, he will do it comfortably and the worst you APC members will do is to complain or protest. After two or three days, you'll go back to your homes and businesses. Its a typical nigerian attitude.

The change that nigerians seek is already here and his name is Goodluck Ebele Jonathan
i am so disappointed with your write up, so you are supporting rigging during the election? I am not suprised you are part of the reason Nigeria is not moving forward, infact you are worse than your mentor in Aso rock from the way you write. Change ko, change ni

APC Presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari
Gen. Muhammadu Buhari through his utterances, actions and inaction have shown that he's a religious fanatic, tribal bigot, hypocrite, corrupt, deceitful, violent, clueless and knows nothing about global economics. The Holy Bible says "from the bottom of the heart, the mouth speaketh." Buhari has consistently shown who he truly is, as listed below:

1. "I will continue to show openly and inside me the total commitment to the Sharia movement that is sweeping all over Nigeria. God willing, we will not stop the agitation for the total implementation of the Sharia in the country.” - Buhari (News24, August 27, 2001)

2. "If what happened in 2011 should again happen in 2015, by the grace of God, the dog and the baboon will all be soaked in blood." - Buhari (Vanguard May 15, 2012)

3. “The last general election was anything but free and fair. The only political parties that could complain of election rigging are those parties that lacked the resources to rig.” - Buhar (First Speech after Military Coup, 31 December, 1983)

4. "No no no, Abacha did not steal Nigeria's money." - Buhari (10th Anniversary of Abacha's death)

5. "The declaration of state of emergency in three Northern states of Adamawa, Borno and Yobe is a grave injustice against the North." - Buhari (Liberty Radio, June 2, 2013)

6. "I live on borrowing. I borrowed from the banks to build the house in Daura and the one in Abuja and Kano. The bank then was Barclays, now Union Bank." - Buhari (The SUN Exclusive Interview, December 24, 2012)

7. “When the Niger Delta militants started their activities in the South-South, they were invited by the late President Umaru Yar’adua. An aircraft was sent to them and their leaders met with the late President in Aso Rock and discussed issues. They were given money and a training scheme was introduced for their members. But when the Boko Haram emerged in the north, members of the sect were killed”. - Buhari (Liberty Radio, Kaduna May 14 2012)

8. "Muslims should only vote those who will promote Islam. We are more than the Christians if you add our Muslim brothers in the West."- Buhari (Liberty Radio Kaduna, 2003)

9. “This campaign is the third and last one for me; since, after it, I will not present myself again for election into office of the president.” – Buhari (April, 2011 at the Int'l Conference Centre, Abuja)

10. "I'll stabilize oil market if elected." - Buhari (Channels TV Interview, 2014)

11. “Why should Christians be concerned when Muslim cut off their limbs? After all, the limbs that are being cut off are Muslim ones and not Christian. So why should Christians bother about it?? – Buhari (Liberty Radio, Kaduna 2003)

12. "I will not have office of the first lady if I'm elected president.” – Buhari (2014)

13. "If There Is a repeat of the Civil War again, I will kill more Igbos to save the country." - Buhari (BBC Hausa Service, 2015)

14. “I can die for the cause of Islam if necessary. We are prepared to fight another civil war. We cannot be blackmailed into killing Sharia.” – Muhammadu Buhari (Freedom House, 2000)

15. I’ll make Naira equal in value to dollar." - Muhammadu Buhari (Vanguard, March 23, 2015) Is this the man you want to waste your votes on? I doubt it. ‪#‎VoteGEJ‬ ‪#‎GEJTill2019‬

barcanista:
Fellow Nigerians,

I wish I can write you all individually but I am greatly constrained. Hence, I decide this medium. Please, treat it as that of a brother to his beloved brethren.

In about five (5) days time we will troop out to our respective polling unit to cast our votes on who lead our great country as President and Commander-in-chief from May 29, 2015. This exercise may appear routine every four(4) years but this year's own is historic.

Recall that four(4) years ago supporters of the major opposition candidate reigned mayhem in Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Niger, Sokoto, Yobe, and Zamfara states. Over a thousands compatriots(including corp members) were murdered in cold blood. Houses and source of livelihood were destroyed. Over six hundred (600) people were arrested by the police but were later bailed by the same candidate and his party. This same candidate is now asking for our "vote".

Also recall that for the first time since 1979, our government created enabling environment that will usher in credible election. The elections of 2003 and 2007 were heavily criticised by the international community and local observers. However, that of 2011 was praised by even the USA Government. Our President promised 2015 to be better and now we are talking PVC. The main actor that supervised the 2003 and 2007 election is now a backer of the main opposition candidate.

While the President subjects himself to every democratic and constitutional process, the main opposition and his party arrogantly exempt themselves from every form of Political debate thereby denying you and I the chance of assessing them side by side with others. They claimed to be democrats but they made it clear that they will not subject to our courts in the event that they are declared unelected but would rather cause chaos by forming parallel government. On security, they have consistently kick against the use of force on BH ravaging our brethren in the North East but are quick to abuse the government. Thank God that the Army is on the verge of wiping off Boko haram with 80% success so far.

My brethren, the main opposition keep telling us on how they will fight corruption but they refused to implement the Freedom of Information Law that was signed by President Jonathan. They refused transparent leadership. The President declared his asset to the Conde of Conduct Bureau as requested by the law in 2011. However, they said he should declare it again in public when they can invoke the FOI to CCB to retrieve it. Meanwhile, non of their political office holder has published their asset to the public. Isn't that hypocrisy? We all know that our fundamental challenge as a people is systematic, the President in his wisdom instituted a National Conference to address this, this same major opposition party rejected it. The Conference drew eminent Nigerians and made lots of recommendations which the President accepted and is prepared to send to NASS for implementation. The major opposition keep telling us that "PDP is in power for 16 years", but in truth a super majority of the major players in and out of PDP between 1999-Mayy 2011 are members of the same opposition party and they form the main nucleus of their team. Who is deceiving who?

I would have talked a lot on infrastructural advancement of this administration but I don't wish to bore you with too much words. However, I urge you to reflect on the manufacturing, power, rail, agricultural and technology sectors and you will appreciate the progress made by this administration. We are all talking PVC thanks to the administration. I agree that ideally we should have done better but the prospect is a thing to joy in.

Fellow compatriots, we have the chance of continuing with the democratic incumbent who not only successfully privatise electricity sector but also vowed to reform the petroleum sector when elected. If we are honest with ourselves, we will know that the process of change is ongoing. Though silent!

I enjoin you to re-elect the incumbent President Jonathan of the People's Democratic Party for the silent transformation and the change to continue. Most importantly, I urge you all to shun violence but be alert and resist any form of anarchy.

I Love You All! God Bless Nigeria! God Bless President Jonathan and PDP.
