pls I need your help
since i gained admission into the university(2yrs
ago)ive been a porn addict.
I ave always try to stop this but to no avail
I need ur help, cos problem as cripped into my
social life I always try to avoid pple I stay
isolated and also my academics ever since I start
watching porn my academics as since taken a
downward trend
in my fellowship @ skul they said if I receive the
holy ghost It will stop but I still engage in this act
secretly
I've tried so many times to stop this evil way It
keeps raising its ugly head.
I really need your help to stop this pls my career,
my future is at stake here

The best way to stop darkness is introducing light.

Get some other things involved in your life.
Start a yearly bible reading plan and wakeup first in the morning and read your 'X' number of chapters.

Pick up game playing or a seasonal film or go and learn to play an instrument.

The idea is, you are idle, and then you give into porn, commit that time deliberately to 'God' and you would see the difference.
