Dear, just look at the bright side of life. Atleast you're sure that you are not pregnant now. You can visit a doctor when you have money next week but then your flow may cease making it difficult for tests. I suggest you call your family and demand for money asap besides you can't tell if Nigeria would still exist after this week (lmao). She will need to do a test so the causative organism can be identified and the right antibiotics prescribed.There are some things that you can't just grab antibiotics and take for.She already said she took one for two days and stopped.She's self-medicating and encouraging drug resistance.

I doubt if the gynecologist will be able to treat her while she's on. I'm sure he/she would need her pee and all that without a trace of blood in it. I think it's an infection but the period pushes it out the more then.
