On my way from my village last weekend, I took some pictures of ongoing reconstruction of Enugu / Port Harcourt Expressway. Surely, I was extremely happy, because, this is the first time a genuine effort to rehabilitate the road which used to have an infamous "TAG" of "killer road" or "death trap" since over 25 years. No matter what people say, I believe that president Goodluck Jonathan has achieved what others before him couldn't think of. 2 Likes |

While motorists are allowed to use only the reconstructed lane, they're prevented from other lane under construction.

christejames:I heard that the road was divided into sections for quick work delivery. Each section is being handled by different company. This particular is being handled by ARAB CONTRACTORS. 1 Like
