I've voted without even filling the incident form and my vote will count.

Chimo! Manual can be used anywhere else but not anambra, the rate at which PDP will rig that state will be unbelievable. This is a pure anambrarian speaking from experience. The 2011 election was rigged beyond proportion in Anambra state.

Jokers....After billions spent on card readers, it failed like it was a contract given to one backyard contractor.

After planing election for years, these guys couldn't perform the daily logistics we do in offices of planing how each inec team can come locate their materials seamlessly and get early to their pooling stations. JOKERS!

It's obvious we have more almajiris in the south than the north contrary to popular notion. When we cried out that the card reader was an accident in waiting, the misguided APC miscreants called us names. And as for Jega, universities in Nigeria need to do more due diligence before awarding PHD. How he became a professor is a mystery.

Almost 95% of voters in my ward got their fingers perfectly read by the card reader....

I think the idea of manual verification is to avoid a situation whereby eligible voters wll be disenfranchised.

The card reader has come to stay and the use can only get better....that is the way advanced societies conduct their electoral process...
