This is unexpected of Rivers people, they are mostly uncultured and extremely corrupt . I remember when I served there, during GCE exams , what the students normally do is that they will take their questions paper home to their machineries mostly corpers from other parts of the country in the morning and come back in the afternoon after those machineries must have solved the problems for the for submission with 300 naira to the invigilators. Tell me what you will expect from a state like that. If Nigeria is corrupt , Rivers state is the yoke of corruption and waywardness
