rufonye:I'm sure you don't reside in the north,you would have understood what I mean.I'm not against a muslim president but considering the fact that Nigerians are too sensitive when it comes to religious issues,so we need somebody who comments and utterances can foster unity not tearing the country apart.This is why I supported Abubakar Atiku candidature.This man behaves more mature than Buhari.I have listened to Buhari's comments on Hausa Radios.His comments are unbecoming of a president he aspires to be.Ofcourse Nigeria belongs to all of us but we need somebody with clear intentions to lead with the fair of God. |

When Abati, FKK and other PDP apologists keep shouting to high heavens for citizens to ignore results posted on social media I just get more amazed at there desperacy and the ignorance of there supporters. 1. Most of the results on the SM are authorized and certified results from the state INEC. 2. Common sense makes it obvious that he sum total of the parts will make the whole. Ekiti state that was announced was also released piecemeal the way the other states are being released now. 3. Why is it easy to believe Ekiti noting that. the result was not announced by Jega but by the state INEC? The handwriting is clearly on the wall and drowing men (pdp n dr supporters) will surely cling to anything. Goodluck next election year to u guys. |

This is where the problem starts and Reuben Abati is highly irresponsible for making these statements. He should be wise and balance his partisanship with his obligations towards peace and national development. He should not be fanning the embers of discord because we all know Nigeria right now is a porcelain jug balanced on a knife edge. |

By now both parties will have copies of election results from all over the country. For Abati to come across as though he is unaware of the trend of things result wise Except for Ekiti State does not sound reassuring. They don't have to put voters through this suspense. By now they know the result and the loser should congratulate the winner as they do in the US whose system we are copying, and let Nigerians get on with their lives. |
