The Peoples Democratic Party seems to be coasting to victory in Plateau state following results released by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Of the 17 local government areas in Plateau, PDP won in the nine states announced. In the presidential election, PDP beat the ALl Progressives Congress by 277,811 to 58,502.

How do you tell the almajiris in the north who was told "baba is winning already" that after final collation Buhari is not declared the winner?
