Kitnah, modifying a previous post to squeeze in your update won't work out well. I almost missed the last update. You know why? I was here when after booked a space this morning. I checked back now and I saw someone talk about Ivie's arrest, therefore I had to go back a page to be able to read the update.

And btw, Kitnah, don't make me enter your room o, I go wake u with water and still beat u ontop am if you no update before 9:30am.

You work on punctuation, like after 'the comma, or quotation, there is always room for a little space'. E.g

"Well,sweet angel,it's part of my
business,because he is my boss and i wont sit back and watch him bleed to death,and who is the culpit?" Mimi asked

I think it would be more clearer if it were to be like this

Notice that after the comma's, their is always spacing to the next letter.

A good litrature work is determined by its presentation, so as a good writing.
I advice that you take time to study most of the simile's here and punctuations that 5eun created. They do help.

~~IN THE POLICE STATION~~

Ivie's lawyer arrived shortly after Ivie had written a statement,She was been taken to a cell when her lawyer arrived.

"Pls,what happened" The lawyer asked

"Nothing serious,I was drunk and I mistakenly broke a bottle on my boss's head,I called my dad to order my release but the D.P.O,said no,i'm so confused right now" Ivie explained

"The guy you broke the bottle on his head,where is he?"

"I dont really know,probably,he's in the hospital,but i'm not sure" Ivie said sadly

"Well,we have to wait for him,he's the only one that can close the case,not even the president can close this case" the lawyer replied

"So you mean, I have to wait for him,huh?? Please do something,I need to get out of here as soon.as possible,please" Ivie said with tears welling up in her eyes.

"I feel your pains,but that is the only way out" The lawyer replied.

"Okay,thank you very much sir" Ivie replied disappointedly

"It's nothing ,I need to be on my way now" The lawyer replied and left the station.

Ivie walked dejectedly to the cell and she was crying when Nene and laffy came.

"Ivie,stop crying,we missed you at work today" Nene said

"I missed you guys too" Ivie said weakly

"Am so sorry,all this is happening,I brought food,and please dont tell me,you are not eating" Nene replied.

"thanks,I will try to eat,i just wanna get out.of this place"

"I know,but what did they say about your case?? And by the way,koyejo has been sacked."

"They said martins is the only one who can dismissed this case,so i'm still waiting for him,Who sacked koye?" Ivie asked

"I dont really know,they said the board of director,blah blah blah,you know i dont like the boy,so i dont bother to hear the full details,but i was able to collect his phone number before he left" Nene said.

"Thanks you very much" Ivie replied

"Oh c'mon,what are friends for,I need to be on my way, I brought this dress,incase you wanna change" Nene said as she gave Ivie the dress,she continued "hopefully tomorrow,you will join us at work"


"Yeah,i hope so" Ivie replied.

Nene and lafura left the police station.

Martins woke up weakly and realised he's on drip,he switched on his phone and saw alot of missed calls.A young nurse was sitting beside him

"You are awake sir?" the nurse asked politely

"Yeah,i am" martins replied, "pls i need to be discharged today,i've a lot of things to attend to"

"No sir,The doctor said you have to rest for 48hrs after this drip" The nurse replied

"It seems you dont understand my plight,i need to attend to a lot of things,i'm okay now" martins said

"Fine,let's me call the doctor"the nurse replied and left the ward

Five minutes later ,the doctor appeared,and refused to discharged martins

"I'm sorry sir,it's against the rule sir,You cant be discharged without completing your medication"the doctor explained

"What if you give me the drugs and the medications and you discharged me?"

"On two conditions,you must use them regularly and you must rest,then you will sign a document" the doctor explained

"It's okay by me,where is the document" Martins asked

"Come with me to my office" the doctor said

Martins left the ward and went to the doctor's office where he signed a document,and he was given some drugs to use.

He was discharged and he headed straight to the station.

Martins arrived at the police station and headed straight to the D.P.O's office ,the man wasnt around,so he waited for his arrival.

Ten minutes later,the D.P.O arrived with a wicked grin "i learnt you want to see me"

"Yes sir,it's concerning a young girl that is in tour custody,i want her released immediately,one of my staffs sent me a text message and said i'm the only one that can dismissed the case" martins said

"Well,yeah,but are you sure you want her released,i mean you can charged her to court for attempted murder" the D.P.O said.

"Sir,i want her released instantly,i mean what would i gain if i send her to jail,not ignoring the fact that she is a staff in my company,we need her badly" Martins narrated

"This is my problem with young guys,domestic violence should not be encouraged,i understand if you are shy andbyou dont want people to jeer at you because a girl smashed a bottle on your head,but then how sure are you that this wont repeat itself again,your safety before anything" The D.P.O replied

"I'm a very busy man,i really dont have tiime now,so please release the young lady"

"Are you sure you dont want her to learn a few lessons ?"

"Enough said!! Release the young lady,i need to be on my way now," Martins said and left the office angrily.

The D.P.O picked his phone and make a call "seargent Segun,let the girl be released ,the one charged with attempted murder,let her be bailed"

Ivie's lawyer rushed hastily to break the good news to her,he quickly paid the fine to the policeman assigned specifically for that duty

"Ivie,park your things,we're leaving now,you've been discharged" Her lawyer said with joy

"You are kidding right?? How did it happened?" Ivie said

"A seargeant called me few minutes back that the young man involved has dismissed the case ,so i made the necessary payment" the lawyer explained

"Bless my soul,thank you d-law,i appreciate," she said as she picked her things.

A young policeman opened the cell and removed the handcuffs in her hand.
The lawyer drove Ivie to her house,she opened the gate and wrote a cheque for her lawyer,with that,the lawyer left.

"Home,sweet home,it's good to be back" she said excitedly.

Martins was chilling with his friends at their regular joint,he has two troublesome friends ,namely sunday and Jethro.

"So guy,you dey tell me say na that babe smashed bottle on your head and you went ahead and order for her release abi? Your case dey court" jethro said

"Wetin you expect? I cant send her to jail nah"

"Later,you go talk say the babe no give you face,how babe go give you face,wen you dey behave like coward" sunday added

"I'm not a coward, you guys know me when i was in the university,I just dont know why i love he so much"

"I dey tell you say love dey make homeguy weak,I cant believe you can say something like this sha" jethro replied.

"Why not perform formular 008 on her,afterall,if you guys are dating,she must give it to you,you go just do your thing,trust me,she will beg for your love" sunday said

"Exactly,that is the best option" jethro added

"Come off it guys,i cant,I mean i love her too much to do that to her" Martins replied

"My guy don turn weakling finish,Other girl wey you dey do like that nko?"

"I know,but not Ivie,i love her so much" martins replied.

"If you say no,then i will know you are a weakling," sunday threatened.

"I'm not a weakling but i cant,i'm sorry" Martins pleaded

After some minutes of convincing martins,he reluctanctly agreed to perform the formular on Ivie.

Ivie was restless,she tried watching a philipines movie,"this people and their wack english sha" she thought "them go just dey cry everytime" she said to herself.

She removed the movie and inserted korean's the heirs,she started watching with keen interest,but She could guess correctly what the end would look like,at last kim tan will be in love with that poor girl despite all odds and challenges.

If there is anything,she hate about korean movie,it would be the fact that they always instill that thought that a rich guy would always come for a poor girl,which is so unrealistic.

She removed the korean movie and inserted a blue-film,which instantly turned her on,she was already wet,she quickly rushed to the bathroom to clean up.

Still in the mood to have sex,she forced herself to squelch that thought because there is no guy around,even if there is,she is not the type that opens her leg anyhow.She still upholds the moral upbringing her mummy gave her.

Exactly 11:30pm,she heard an heavy thud in her compound,that sound snapped her away from dreamland,though she is not an heavy sleeper,she quickly slid her windows and she saw three guys all dressed in black with a skin-like mask that conceal their identity..

The three guys jumped through her fence,the first guy's stature looks familiar,"i've seen that stature somewhere" she thought.

She heard a knock on her door,though she was expecting it,she was too scared to open the door,she stood there like a statue.

"Open this door now or i will break your head"A voice barked outside.

Ivie quickly say a few prayer,to make matter worse,she is the only one living in the entire house.

She slowly opened the door,bracing herself for the worse,the three guys entered.

"Welcome sir" she greeted with her teary voice "please dont kill me,Name your price,i will write a cheque instantly,I have diamond jewelleries,and gold,just name it" she said with tears flowing freely from her eyes.

"Woah woah woah!!! You want to offer me money,but i've more than enough" A husky voice replied her mockingly

"Let's focus on our mission and get out immediately,we dont have time to waste" The second voice said."guy,do ur thing jare" he contined

"Where is your bedroom?" The third voice asked

That voice rang an alarm on Ivie's head,,"i know that voice,i've heard it before" she thought.

"The bedroom is by the left,you take the second turning by your right" Ivie explained eventhough she doesnt know what they were up to

"See you,we are going together jor" that familiar voice said and held Ivie's hand.

When they got to the bedroom,the guy with a familiar voice started unzipping his trouser and helped Ivie undressed.

They had sexx,with little or no hindrances,Ivie screamed,moaned and giggled,she was suprised at herself because she screamed with great delight.Truth be told,the guy with the familiar voice was a tiger in bed,he could make a girl an oliver twist.

On a good day,Ivie is not the type that can be taken adventage of,the last time a guy tried to molest her,she made sure the guy ended in the hospital,But this is different,she showed no resistance at all.Maybe because,she was in the mood already,she said to herself.

When they were through,the guy said "Thank you",she realised that voice is too familiar,but she cant placed the owner,part of her wanted to asked for another but her subconscious kicked against it.

The guy left the room,and rushed to meet his friends in the living room,they left Ivie's house,the same way they came,by jumping the fence.

Then reality dawned on Ivie that she had sex with a total stranger without protection,"what if this single act got her pregnant?" she asked herself.

She squelch that thought as she entered the bathroom to clean herself up

Ivie got to the office quite early,she has been absent for some days now,so she need to go through some files,she was engrossed in what she was doing,because her conscience has been pricking her ever since that incident of sex happened,she just need something to distract her.

"Hello,good morning" Martins said and snapped Ivie from her reverie

The voice rang another alarm in her head,she knew with time,she would recognise the owner

"The voice?? Oh noGod please,Not him,anyone else but him,please prove me wrong,it cant be,not him" Ivie said to herself

"So i greeted you,you cant even answer,"Martins replied

Then the reality dawned on her that the voice and stature of that guy belongs to martins.

"Uhm" Ivie mumbled a reply

"Anyways,i've a busy day ahead,take care of yourself" Martins replied with a smirk and walked away.

Ivie wanted to shout,but she managed to composed herself,Hot tears flowing freely from her eyes

"What type of God am i worshipping?" "God,why me?" These were the questions Ivie asked herself.

Martins is not the type that greet,and he's acting all kind to her,why??

Ivie couldnt concentrate on her work anymore,She need a distraction,her friends are currently on leave.

She cancelled all her appointment for the day and left the office.She need to speak to someone,Nene's house wouldnt be a bad option,but first,she need to attend to her throbbing headache.
