This is how people miss opportunities. The link was sent to staff of the Bank to inform their friends and love ones to apply. Nobody is asking you for money. You can confirm from any first bank staff.

The job opening is real cos i work with FBN as a contract staff and that was the site stated in the mail which i've been trying to apply as well. Also it was clearly stated to share with external candidate to apply. Lets keep trying and whatever heard will be communicated. i'm sure some people would have call their attention to challenges encounter to login on the site.

You're over thinking. That is not a "blog site", as you put it. taleo.net is a service used by several organizations for recruitment purposes. Standard Chattered Bank uses it, if I remember correctly (sc.taleo.net). P&G also uses it (pg.taleo.net). A bunch of companies in Nigeria also make use of it.

If you doubt me, go through their respective website and access the career page from there.

According to myjobmag.com, First Bank is indeed recruiting. You need to stop writing people off based on what you aren't even sure of. This is how opportunities pass people by.

Lol. This could have affected me, 'cos I pasted what they asked me in panel interview with gtb in nairaland, all the guys we did panel together have even done medicals except me. I've not even gotten invite for final interview. So one really has to be careful what he/she paste online 'cos u don't know who is viewing. If at all u want to paste, ur username should be clearly different from ur mail or names

There is nothing shabby looking about the recruitment site. Its Oracle's Taleo service. It mostly used by top companies and multinationals. Nestle also uses Taleo for their recruitment.
